Cutting Card's Attack: 20+5=25--NAT 20 BABY! :D
Mason's "Cutting Cards" Power is listed on his character sheet as:

Damage 11 (Extras: Ranged) [ 22 PP ]

Based on the way Macyn describes things, it sounds like he wants to use a Power Stunt to Alternate Effect that into an Affliction.

This seems to be something of a "known bug" with phpBB forums, probably has something to due with browser caches and multiple tabs confusing the server into thinking that there's more than one of you logged in at the same time.

Go to the user control panel of your account under the Profile tab. Clear the entries in the "Manage 'Remember Me' keys". Yes, this will log you out of all your tabs. But it should fix the issue. (When I have this problem, no open tabs retain my logged in status.)

His OOC comment was about the lionmen (plural) being unable to see, and if they ignore the cover, they get hit with a critical. That's my confusion there ^^;

It's part of the Multiattack Extra(page 195 Heroes Handbook), which was what i was originally trying to do. It's specifically the "Covering Attack" option in it.

Ahhhh, so many things xD
A Multiattack can provide cover for an ally. Take a standard
action and choose an ally in your line of sight, who
receives the benefits of cover against enemies in your
line of sight and in range of your Multiattack. (You have
to be able to shoot at them to get them to keep their
heads down or this maneuver won’t work.) You cannot
lay down a covering attack for an ally in close combat.
An opponent can choose to ignore the cover provided
by your covering attack at the cost of being automatically
attacked by it; make a normal attack check to hit
that opponent.
So, it only benefits one ally, and it doesn't prevent them from seeing, You also need to have multiattack, so stunting to have multiattack reduces the rank to 7 to make that work. :)

Yup! Less power, but more useful. And on a Nat 20 roll, i don't think it really matters. I just flavored it as Card's hitting all their faces....

Tacticool, as she was next to the line after me on White Hat's side.

Harmonia got bopped a bit due to not having the opportunity to get her ring activated and that the attack roll hit her Defense score exactly, but it could have been much worse. Shame those defensive rolls were not reversed. She'd have not been dazed at least.

Would I be right in assuming that whatever energy the staves are putting out is not electricity?

How are you even stunting this? Your teleport is a portal, and with us all mingled together in combat, you'd need area selective to not teleport all of us (that fail the check). (Attack is +0 modifier, so not so concerned about that exactly)
