Fulgur Alveo appeared some years ago, seemingly out of nowhere. They were enrolled at the local academy for young supers, and since then for some years have sporadically fought crime around the city, sometimes helping the Futurist when she has needed it (like now), and sometimes working with the police.

Over thirty years of roleplaying experience and I always, always, always seem to roll terribly for the first initiative check of every campaign.

Man this is way more of a pain to do on a forum without a built in dice roller

Amazing rolls. You could have done all those rolls at once on coyote code. Here's an example. You put a semi-colon between the rolls and it does them separately: http://www.coyotecode.net/roll/lookup.php?rollid=248397

Don't worry, now the Lionmen can't see Anything. If they choose to ignore the Cover, they get hit with the "Attack"(which is a Nat 20, btw) and have to make a DC 30(?) Save....

Maycn how are spending an HP to add an extra to your power? I’m not seeing anything on the SRD that would let you do that, except a power stunt but if that’s the case you’ll need to add distracting or something to make it fit in to your array.

So far,it's been fantastic comparetively. I was run ragged all last week(only netting 4 hours of sleep a night), so i was pretty Punch-drunk and kinda autopiloting myself.

Distracting is a flaw that causes you to be vulnerable when you use the power. It doesn't create the effect you are describing here.

To create an effect that does something when someone does something, you need Triggered, or Reaction, and to make them unable to see, you need an affliction on them. To make a power effect like you describe using the points you have, it'd be weakened DC-wise.

Something like this I guess?
Spoiler
[3pp] Affliction 11 (Resisted/Overcome by Fort; Disabled), Limited Degree 2 (Disabled only), Limited (Disabled Visual only) (4 ranks per 1pp), Linked to;
[19pp] Damage 9, Ranged, Triggered (Recover from Affliction)
But this is still single target. You're probably better off just sticking with your base ranged attack, and use your nat 20 to add a rank 0 effect or something to it, or keep the extra +5DC

Random question too. For some reason EotM keeps logging me out of the City of Tomorrow IC thread. But only that one - not any of the other multitude of EotM pages I have open in different tabs at the same time. Does anyone have any ideas why? And how I can stop it!
