Brandon Warren
HP: 2, LP: 1 (-1=0); Condition: Fine (Fatigued at end of turn)

Brandon doesn't like letting the partner go, but Douglas ordered him to move to the bomb, and he can't really do anything wile holding him.

His mind immediately comes up with a plan to distract the one with the detonator.

He yanks the man out of the van and tosses him high in the air. "Here's your partner."

He then rushes over to the bags that Conneer indicated and casts a shield around them. "Protego!"
Brandon will use his held action.
LP to cancel Fatigue.
Using TK, drag the guy in the van and toss him up in the air.
Move action to the bags.
Surge and cast Protego to form a shield around the bags. That's Create 8.

Ok...
There is a whirl of activity from you. You throw the person in the air and charge for the bags. As she is flying through the air, at high speed she whips out some Shuriken and throws them at you all in a hail of lethal projectiles.
Brandon, you are hit. DC18 toughness save. Danni, you are hit.DC 23 Toughness save. Douglas you are missed. The vehicle you are by giving you cover. Conner, you are just missed. Brandon if you are hit make a concentration check on your magic roll.

The shuriken bounces harmlessly off Brandon's magical wards.

Danni Morgan

Focused on her target, Danni didn't even see the shuriken coming- it bit fairly deep into her upper arm, just past the area covered by her vest.

And it hurt- but not enough to affect her aim...

>OOC:
-Toughness DC 23, 1d20+8= 15, fail by 8, no HP or LP available for reroll. so Bruised and Stunned for 1 round
-Concentration (to hold Aim) 1d20+10= 30, a crit here, absolutely wasted because of the Stun

@Danni... he is distracted by his partner being thrown through the air. You see his grip on the detonator loosen. You take the shot you have been waiting for. The detonator is smashed from his hand.
The remains bounce off the magical shield put around the bags.
The thrown woman lands with a roll and immediately runs for it, dodging around pedestrians.

The man, one hand clutched to his chest immediately tries to do the same but in a different direction.

Douglas Reach
HP: 0
CND: Fine

Bishop read the prompting exactly as he hoped. A flurry of action erupted from the unit once Conner pointed out the bomb. A barrage of sharp metal flew down at his from above. Douglas ducked close to the transport as metal shuriken sparked off of the armored vehicle. A gunshot went off, Danni disarming the detonator, and Douglas moved his rifle and head out of cover enough to see what was going on. The woman landed from Brandon's throw and took off running. He drew a bead on her and squeezed his rifle's trigger, firing off a burst of bullets at her back. As soon as the bark of gunfire abated he called out brusque directions.

"Bishop, keep the bomb and prisoners secured. Knight, after her. Archer, with me."

He then whirled around, to face the man who was running in the opposite direction. With the barrel of his weapon moving with his spin, Douglas started off after the fleeing wouldbe bomber. When it is possible to do so without loosing ground Douglas makes carful use of environmental cover, pausing briefly around corners to look around then before proceeding off.
OOC wrote:Standard Action to shoot the woman: Attack ninja-woman: 1D20+11 = [15]+11 = 26 DC 20 Tough, plus any bonus from Autofire. Douglas also has Precise Shot 2, if that could come into play.

Move Action to chase after the ma.

@Douglas, although she is a very elusive target you just manage to wing her, your ability to calculate the trajectory of all elements involved making cover irrelevant.. She doesn't even slow down.

@Brandon. Your action.

Brandon Warren
HP: 1, Condition: Fatigued

Brandon calls in the situation, including descriptions of the two perps. He requests backup on scene to transport the prisoners, an ambulance, and the bomb squad to deal with the hot potato.

Conner Flanagan
HP: 2
CND: Fine

Conner nods to Douglas. Without saying a word, he takes off into the air towards the woman. She was a major risk. His training said to try and grab her. The more animalistics inside him said to just knock her out. It was the easiest way to capture someone, or so a lion when he visited Africa told him. Sometimes the animal won out. This was one of those times. Unfortunately, his landing clothesline goes wide because jumping and trying to attack a ninja isn't always simple.
Move is the jump, standard attack to knock her out.

Danni Morgan

Danni watched her shot strike the detonator- then, almost reflexively, she gave a bit of a shrug in response to the painful bite of the tiny thrown blade. The shuriken, hooked as it was high on her shoulder, caught at the edge of her vest as she moved and twisted, prompting a momentary flash of terrible pain. Her vision went white for a moment, until the worst of it had passed...

>OOC: This would be the turn lost to the Stun from her failed Toughness, if I'm following the action (and 2e rules) correctly.
