"Copy Rook.", radios Conner. Switching his audience to courthouse security, Conner drops what to look for. Be advised, drone is still hovering around the court house. Possibles have gone back to work. Drone controller is driving away. Two groups entering the court house, possibly for court dates., radios in Conner giving description of George and Emil.

With the suspects to watch passed along, Conner heads over to meet up with the others either during the escorting or when the two bad cops are put in their cell.

After leaving the parking garage the pickup truck moves out of Danni's visual range. The car is registered to a Harvey Saxon. There is a Houston address listed. He has a few priors, mainly assault. No outstanding warrants.

Douglas follows the van into the courthouse. While he does not interfere in any of the processing he remains nearby to keep a watch on the police officers that were on trail today. Unintrusively he obverse as they are relocated to their cells. Then he takes up watch at a spot that is out of the way, yet will allow him to keep an eye on the traffic going to and from their cells.

Conner meets up with Bishop and Rook after ensuring the security knows to keep an eye on Emil and George's groups. There was cctv's everywhere security already, so following them around didn't seem right. He toyed with popping back into the cat, but this was a court house. Simply walking in as a cat would get the cat shooed out pretty quick.

"Everything seems clear. A few possibles, but the gardeners seem like they are back to work. The drone might be a problem, but its operator was driving, so it might just hover for a while. Seems all good from what I can tell.", relays Conner out of ear shot of the two cops. Boring was good.

Conner moves to take up a complimentary position to cover ingress and egress angles not covered just in case any shenanigans do break out.

Danni Morgan

Once the transport van had arrived, and there was confirmation that the prisoners were inside the building, Danni gave one last look at the hovering drone. Then she set to the process of putting the Barrett back into its case.

When that was done, she headed back inside- her first stop was back to their own transport- lacking a better storage solution, she stowed the rifle case with their other weapons and body armor in the truck. Using the rifle indoors would be a bad idea anyways, given that it could shoot right through most of the interior walls with no idea what (or who) was on the other side.

When the rifle was stowed back in their truck, she made her way back upstairs and started to conduct a patrol circuit. She started at the front entrance, spending a moment or two observing the metal detectors and the check-in process. Then she started to move through the building, pausing at each potential trouble spot- courtroom entrance, holding area, rear entrance, etc. She moved confidently, her expression impassive and her eyes hidden behind dark sunglasses- just another nameless, faceless police officer making the rounds. In an environment like this, few people would even give her a second glance- and many people would barely notice her at all. Wherever she hit a checkpoint, she paused for a moment, observing, then checked in over the commlink before moving to the next point.

Walking back and forth through the building, even if she ended up doing that for most of the day, was still better than being stuck up on the roof in the hot sun, with nothing but that drone for company...

After about 15 mins an intercom buzzes and requests the two cops be brought up to courtroom. There is an internal access to the courtrooms. A 2 person courthouse security team takes up.They are both compliant and crack jokes with the guards as they head up.

Meanwhile the Valleria's are heading into courtroom 2 and the Stoner is heading into courtroom 1.

At hearing the intercom and seeing the two guards move to escort the officers being prosecuted he contacts Danni over the coms, so that she is kept in the loop.

"The defendants are being moved to the courtroom now."

Then, looking to Conner and Brandon he motions in the direction of the group moving to the away from the containment area and to the courtroom.

"Go ahead and follow them in. I'll be a minute."

Before following along with the group Douglas stops to speak with one of the security personnel that isn't moving out.

"What cases are taking place in court rooms one and two?"

Danni Morgan
With most of the others following the defendants up from the cells, Danni made her way around to the front entrance to the courtroom and took up a observation placement. If there were obvious guards outside the courtroom doors, Danni would join them- if not, she would file into the courtroom and take a watchful spot in the back corner of the room...

@Conner The officer checks a clipboard.
"Courtroom 1 is minor stuff,. Courtroom 2 is a hit and run. The guy is going to get off though..He has got a pretty flash lawyer."

Conner moves in a flanking position of the group heading to the court room in case anything breaks out. He comes by in time to hear the mention of what goes on in each room. Flashy lawyer guys always got off. It wasn't his job now to bust the lawyer, although he probably deserved it. So, he kept an eye just by the door of the room they brought the two cops.

At the mention of the hit and run driver with the flashy lawyer Douglas thought back to the man exiting the expensive yellow car and his well dressed legal aid. He tried to think of reasons why three groups of Latinos they'd encountered in the parting lot would be in each of the two courtrooms, and compared the locations of the two rooms on a mental map in relation to the room the police officers were being tried in. Douglas was quiet a spell as he considered these things, then posed another question tot the guard.

"Anything noteworthy about the hit and run driver, other than his flashy lawyer? Any record or affiliations?"

The cop thinks about it..."Not really, he ran over some kid on her bike and killed her. Only 12.. I think the guy is just some rich asshole, no priors."

Ooc...the stoner and the latinos do not seem related in any way. Conner sees the Haviera's have gone into the public gallery of courtroom 2, the hit and run.

@Conner -can you make a aense motive check for me.

@Danni -the two officers who accompanied the crooked policemen stay in the courtroom. There is also a bailiff near the judges seat. Your choice whether you want to be in the room or outside.
