What, you want to see a film with Amalak and Master Jailer as the villains?
Lol well no, but Intergang, Solomon Grundy, Parasite, or Braniac? Hell yea!
One of those four is a Green Lantern villain, who eventually went on to fight the Justice Society. Not really a Superman foe, despite what the Crash Test Dummies sing.

-Piecemeal was created from animal parts and a captured spy, under the auspices of the Red Skull. However, before his mind could be blanked, the Hulk came across the lab and destroyed it. He ended up in Scotland, draining people of their minds, but the Hulk defeated him. Piecemeal's body was never found, and may possibly by the Loch Ness Monster. Piecemeal is a standard-issue Powerhouse build on the surface, but packs a Blast, a strange Weaken power, and the rare "Mimic" power, copying power-sets onto himself. He's PL 9 at base, but with Mimic, can take on PL 10 qualities, if not higher.
He's not the Loch Ness Monster (though he was mistaken for Nessie earlier by tourists). Nessie actually showed up briefly in that story.

When Madman and Piercemeal knocked the Hulk out, tied him to an anchor, and tossed him in the Loch....Hulk sank deep down. The whole time Madman was going on about how deep and dark the loch was and that it was so dark the Hulk likely wouldn't be able to realize which way up was.

right about the time Hulk breaks the chains he was bound in...a very interesting silhouette pops into frame...Hulk's foot touches said silhouette giving him at least an idea that he's standing on something and he leaps upwards and out of the loch

The WB's animated DC Comics movies are always so much better than their live-action films it's ridiculous. Just make a shot-for-shot live action remake of Superman: Unbound or Superman vs. The Elite and I guarantee you a better box office return (and critical reception) than every other entry to date in the post-millennium Superman film franchise.

-Gestalt is a little-seen character, showing up in a Hulk issue claiming to be the embodiment of "mob mentality"- that unconscious force that can make large groups of people dangerous. He appears when Thanos used the Infinity Gauntlet to wipe out half of all life in the universe- taking advantage of rioting and panicked people to convince groups to commit murders, and even crucify a priest. The Hulk came back to Earth, saved the priest, and when the lost lives were returned, Gestalt lost all his power (since all the rioters started to calm themselves), and the Hulk pulped him. He hasn't been seen since.

-Gestalt is a Limited Mind Controller (works best on mobs; not on guys like the Hulk), and boosts himself to Powerhouse levels when the people around him are angry. Once they settle down, however, he's screwed.

Here's a fun Nostalgia Critic video about "Why Modern Disney Villains Aren't So Memorable": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RiQNWp-fHwA

Oddly, the former Nostalgia Chick released a video with the EXACT SAME CONCEPT within a day of this'n. Very strange.

Given how many times Hulk has been used as the "Ideal Alpha Male" by the sexually-repressed creative teams, I'm SHOCKED they didn't just have her wrestle him, submit to his manliness, and bone him right there. This, this is the one hot chick he DOESN'T sleep with??

Defenses:
Dodge +10 (+12 Carpet, DC 22), Parry +10 (+11 Carpet, DC 21), Toughness +3 (+4 D.Roll), Fortitude +5, Will +5

Complications:
Relationship (Wives and Sons)- Abdul is a devoted father, and a husband to more than one woman. If they are threatened, he will often engage in acts he finds evil.
Responsibility (Muslim & Saudi Arabian Hero)- As one of the few Arabic super-heroes, Abdul is a symbol, and often toes the "official" line. He had an immediate distrust for Sabra, the "Jewess" heroines of Israel.

Total: Abilities: 48 / Skills: 28--14 / Advantages: 14 / Powers: 29 / Defenses: 12 (117)

-The first Arabic or Muslim superhero pretty much ever, he's pretty much like all of the Contest of Champions creations (though he debuted in the Hulk's book as a sometime ally) in that he's a giant charicature based off of a standard Ethnic Stereotype and the first thing you can think of regarding his culture: He flies around on a carpet, wears a turban, has multiple wives, wields a Scimitar, and hates that "Jewess" Sabra.

-Okay, so TECHNICALLY the Arabian Knight is no more stereotypical than say, a Cowboy Hero to the U.S., or a Knight-themed hero in England. BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTT of course those usually aren't the ONLY respective heroes of their counties! So it's a bit silly when the ONLY hero of Saudi Arabia is a guy straight out of Arabian Knights. It makes Marvel's international scene look like the United Nations scene in the first Austin Powers movie, f'r God's sake.

-Abdul Qamar is the descendant of a lengedary Muslim hero who died facing the demons Gog & Magog. When a pesky archaeologist accidentally let them out of their tomb, Abdul found his ancestor's weapons, and re-sealed them with some help from the Hulk (who seems to have been doing an "International Journey" thing in his book). He appeared in the aformentioned Contest, expressing his disgust for teaming up with the Israeli Mutant Sabra (who responded with equal sentiments towards the polygamistic Arab). At least his team won... and he wasn't as bad as Defensor. Years later, he reappeared as an agent of The Pantheon (again from the Hulk's book), and was forced into serving the Desert Sword (a group of Middle Eastern-themed villains), who fought Freedom Force over a German physicist who was trapped in a then Gulf War-ridden Iraq. Pretty much the entire team jobbed hard, with the Knight being stabbed BY HIS OWN SWORD at the hands of The Blob. This last bit was later retconned as him "posing" as a member of the team (which makes no real sense)- the initial comic said that his wives and children had been held hostage to force him to serve at the hands of the Iraqi government.

-Abdul was killed when Humus Sapien drained the life of a huge group of people, and pretty much forgotten. A second Arabian Knight appeared in a Black Panther comic, as part of an international attempt to invade Wakanda- he was one of many beaten back by the Black Panther & Storm, and he's never reappeared. Of course, both have since been far-eclipsed as "Marvel's Most Prominent Muslim Superhero", by a certain Kamala Kahn.

-A PL 9 with a PL 8's points total, which seems about right. He's a good swordsman, but is really ONLY good at that- his other attacks are much weaker. He's still pretty versatile, though, with a Snare and a Blast attached to various weapons. All his weapons are Unbreakable, and he can mentally control any of them (I decided to go with a Limited Psychokinesis effect on them- 100 lbs. is enough for all three items). The Carpet's a nifty little piece of work, in that it can fly him around, catch him if he falls, or get in the way if he's attacked- it gives him high Dodge and a pretty good Parry for a guy who's mainly a Jobber. With Power Attack, he can do a lot of damage, and he's kind of a Mini-Black Knight.

Haha, NICE: MTV's Downtown has a whole "Collector Con" episode, featuring geek stereotypes that hold up pretty much as well today. Though I'd imagine a TV show would be a bit more magnanimous towards the nerd community if it were released today, as this is pretty damn hostile ("I hate these cons. It's just a bunch of 30-year old virgins who only use their opposable thumbs for video games, and pullin' it"): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BM6CGIveRKA

That said... the writers here are clearly nerds, or else they wouldn't get so much of the "last thing to complete my collection" stuff so well, know what Micronauts was, and more. So it's a bit of self-hate (especially with Alex going on about his "hoarding" complex with action figures- something I can relate to), but you know they speak from experience. Also, this contains quite possibly the VERY FIRST mainstream (ish) mention of the Furry Fandom, in a random one-off gag. Keep in mind this show came out in 1999- this was before the Vanity Fair article (where a writer researched the fandom, and found a Fursuiter to talk to- said Fursuiter promptly got into his costume, pointed to the crotch-hole of it, and wanted to "yiff" him), and way before CSI's episode about them. They were REALLY unknown at this point.

Serena is SO "That Girl" that nerds loved in this time period- that slinky-yet-approachable Goth thing was IN. And as nasty as the show is towards nerds here... I've met people like that group. Hell, only Nitz from Undergrads is as much like College-Age Jab as Alex is in these episodes here.

Goat is hilarious. I can't believe a character who'd later show up in Megas XLR is seen here, excitedly going on about "Underage Midget Porn!" And then The Undertaker beats up an army of weeaboos.

-So with Abdul dead, and everyone ignoring that other, unnamed guy, a NEW Arabian Knight appeared in the Union Jack comic (the one that was basically "HEY IT'S JACK STAFF BUT NOT" judging by the covers). He teams up with the Red Hulk & Machine Man in Sharzad, leading them to a bad guy's palace. It turns out he was leading them into a trap, and the REAL Arabian Knight was locked inside a crystal- he fights his way free and saves the day. This guy's main schtick is that he dropped the "silly" bits like the Flying Carpet & Sash, and wove the indesctructible fabrics into his uniform, making Super-Fatiques. Of course... this just makes him look like he dropped ONE Arabic Stereotype for ANOTHER, because now he's just a beareded guy in fatigues.

Complications:
Enemy/Obsession (The Hulk)- Madman has a weird love/hate/obsession going on, and has grown obsessed with harassing The Hulk, attempting to confound him several times.
Involuntary Transformation (Multiple Personalities)- Madman is prone to random outbursts, insanity, and bizarre plans.
Relationship (The Leader)- Madman's brother finds him extremely frightening and disconcerting, but is unwilling to kill his own brother- he actually teams up with his old enemy The Hulk to stop Madman.

Total: Abilities: 64 / Skills: 28--14 / Advantages: 7 / Powers: 29 / Defenses: 8 (122)

-In 1989, for some reason Peter David decided that The Leader needed a brother that we'd never seen before. He was a classmate of Bruce Banner who got obsessed with The Hulk's career, and attempted to replicate it, which drove him insane and gave him multiple personalities, in addition to Hulk-ish Strength, Growth and... Shapeshifting? He generally just harasses The Hulk more than trying to kill him, creating weird situations, breaking stuff, crying one minute, then getting psychotically-angry, then vanishing. Weird, weird character.

-In his earliest story, Madman actually causes The Leader to HELP the Hulk against this mutual threat. He later shows up and murders a retired member of The Pantheon (Perseus), resulting in another beatdown. He later seems to commit suicide after admitting that he'd never kill the Hulk- "it'd be dull not to annoy him anymore", sez Wikipedia. In his most recent appearance, he was in the Thunderbolts team drawn by Steve Dillon (giving both Madman & the Red Hulk funny appearances, as Dillon drew them with realistic, human physiques, meaning they looked like really tall, really muscular men instead of inhuman monsters). He is later killed by The Red Leader, going to a Hell where he is tortured by Mephisto- The Leader is later seen spying on his many tortures.

-Like a lot of Hulk foes, Madman is high-level despite being a more minor threat (I mean, you screw with THE HULK, you need a high PL, right?)- he starts out strong, but gets stronger with height (generally being close-ish to The Hulk in his earlier forms, but not once he gets REALLY angry). And he's a shapeshifter.

I want to like Arabian Knight... The first one is a bit too "Captain Ethnic," in much the same way as the diversity hires from the last season of Super-Friends... But the second one seems to be trying so hard to reverse course that he becomes more stereotypical.

Arabian Knight I could get by on an off-hand, "Hey, it was the early Eighties. We were still living in the disco era. Dazzler had roller skates. Spider-Man kept fighting a dude who called himself the Hypno-Hustler. Luke Cage had a tiara. So, yeah, I wore parachute pants and no shirt... But look at the abs I had back then, man."

His basic powerset is one you don't see often in comics: Magic Weapon Guy. In Marvel, it's basically the Black Knight, early Captain Britannia, and this guy.

Arabian Knight II is trying too hard to look like a military guy. Kinda reminds me of the Internet Commandos you see on airsoft forums.
