No, actually. Pronounced like 'Kate' in a Japanese accent, "Kei-to". Shit's weird.

Complications

Personality - Baron Rock is a big, dumb, brute, looking to prove himself as the best suited to lead the Delza Army. He's easily controlled and manipulated, though.

Background: Baron Rock, the Delza Army's steadfast boulder. Arriving with General Shadow's call following the defeat of Black Satan, Baron Rock sat back for a time, watching as several of his fellow Majin were killed by their main foe, Kamen Rider Stronger. He first got involved during Major Skull's assault on Stronger, interrupting their battle long enough for a severely-injured Stronger to escape, only to further injure him moments later, after Major Skull was driven off. After Stronger gained the power of the Super-Electronic Dynamo, and defeated Major Skull, General Shadow, wanting to see for sure if Stronger had changed, sent Rock to kill the Rider. First, the Baron and his minions, disguised as large rocks, kidnapped a group of children, with one escaping to go get help, finding Stronger and Tachibana. Arriving at the park, Stronger and Tachibana found a woman trapped under the rocks the children we kidnapped at, and as Stronger moved them, one fell on him, revealing itself to be Baron Rock. Leveraging his hostages, Rock and Stronger engaged in battle, with Rock believing he had managed to kill the Rider with one of his Baron Bombs, before Stronger appeared atop a set of playground equipment to continue the battle. Baron proved quite tough, literally bouncing Stronger's blows off of him, including the Den Kick. Realizing this, Stronger broke off the battle to rescue the children from the minions, successfully freeing them, and causing Baron Rock to retreat. Later, while providing training to his minions, he heard one of them laughing at him, who was revealed to be General Wolf, a fellow Majin who wished to dethrone General Shadow from his current role in leading the Japan Branch. Convinced by the General, Rock agreed to join forces. Shadow, in reaction, as he had been attacked earlier that day by some furred beast, sought out Stronger, asking for a "truce" until the conspirator was found. By truce, he meant kidnapping Tachibana until the culprit was discovered. Stronger, beginning the investigation, encountered some of Wolf's troops, and later, the General himself, who also attempted to get Stronger to his side. The Baron was dispatched to rescue Tachibana, making a.......less-than-competent clay decoy to confuse Shadow, who quickly discovered the ruse. Taking Tachibana to the meeting point, Rock and Wolf, upon meeting Stronger, were discovered by General Shadow, which gave Stronger the time to scoop up Tachibana and retreat. Rock chased after them as the generals argued, him and his minions engaging Stronger in a final battle. With Stronger pinned, Rock thought himself victorious, only for a last minute interruption by Tachibana, giving Stronger the time to activate Charge Up, and knock the Baron's head off with his Super-Electro Drill Kick. Thus ended Baron Rock, the Delza Army's second dumbest commander.

Notes:: Baron Rock is pretty strong, but somewhat lopsided. Great Toughness, a Reflect Immunity, high Strength, Withstand Damage, and Ultimate Toughness, he's difficult for the more accuracy-tilted Showa Riders to deal with. Not impossible, though, as he wasn't tough enough to endure Stronger's Charged Up power. Besides his Strength and durability, the Baron has a few, neat little powers. Able to remove parts of his body to serve as explosive pebble-grenades, create objects out of clay (albeit, not very realistic), and turn into a boulder able to fly along at high speeds, he's a strange little hodge-podge of earthen abilities. As noted, he's not exactly.....bright, which led to him being manipulated by General Wolf pretty easily, thus resulting in low skill ranks. and a super low Will save.

Yeah, they weren't exactly.....organized. It was essentially General Shadow, upon seeing Black Satan fall apart, calling up old friends and saying "Hey, wanna genocide that Earth dimension I was talking about?"

Complications

Personality - General Wolf is the most militant of any of our Delza Army Generals so far. Thinking ahead, planning out schemes in advance, attempting backstabbery to the point of siding with Stronger for a moment.

Wolf Man - General Wolf is a distant descendant of the original Wolf Man, where humanity gets the legend of the Werewolf. He holds a degree of reverence for his ancestor, praying to him before missions and such.

Weakness - General Wolf's Lunar Empowerment, while powerful, requires several things to pull off successfully; the sacrifice of a child, and unobstructed view of the Full Moon. Even obscurance as simple as clouds will deactivate this power.

Background: General Wolf, the modern-day Wolfman. Arriving with General Shadow's call, General Wolf sat back, plotting while his fellow Cyborg Majin tried and failed to put down the troublesome Kamen Rider Stronger. After Stronger gained his Charged Up Powers and killed Major Skull, General Wolf made his move, making several attempts on General Shadow's life while Stronger engaged with Baron Rock. After General Shadow, in an attempt to discover the conspirators on his life, kidnapped Tobei Tachibana to force Stronger to ally with him to find them, General Wolf, alongside Rock and a detachment of his personal 'Wolf Squad' mooks, attempted the same ploy, promising to deliver Tachibana for Stronger's assistance in bringing down General Shadow. Stronger was able to manipulate both sides, rescuing Tachibana while the group in-fighting reached a boiling point. Stronger (with a last minute assist by Tachibana) would deal with Baron Rock while both Wolf and Shadow retreated. Not long after, we got a bit of development, as General Wolf, in his private time, revealed his heritage to the ancient Wolf Man, his distant predecessor, who would speak to him through his shrine and inform him of the process necessary to gain access to a "surge of ectoplasmic energy", which would give him the power to overcome the Kamen Rider. Wolf took to it immediately; dispatching squads of his minions to kidnap groups of children across a rural area of Japan, which, by happenstance, was called "Mount Wolf". Stronger, coming into the area on a hunch, came across Tachibana's vehicle, sitting outside of a dentist's office. Within the office, Tachibana, getting worked on, would be captured by General Wolf, who had revealed a human form. Stronger quickly interfered, allowing Tachibana and the gathered children to escape, while Stronger dealt with the mooks and engaged with the General himself, who proved, despite his best efforts, weaker than his contemporaries, even being damaged by Stronger's Den Punch. Retreating, the general prepared his ritual with the few children he had managed to capture beforehand, while Stronger and Tachibana began a search. Tachibana, in the process, got himself kidnapped again, while Stronger fell into a sleeping gas trap set by Wolf. Wolf would be interrupted from his planned killing of the Rider by Commander Brank, a fellow Cyborg Majin who planned to steal his kill. Easily manipulating the descendant of Frankenstein into guarding his captured prize, Wolf left to complete his ritual. Unknown to him, Brank would release Stronger from the trap, who revealed himself immune the sleeping gas and easily fought his way out of the base. Moments away from completing his ritual, Wolf would find himself interrupted by Stronger, before he grabbed a child to at least attempt to finish the ritual. Stronger and Wolf traded blows, and the General, seemingly partially empowered by the ritual, proved much more powerful, even resisting the Electro-Fire and Stronger Den-Kick, and nearly defeating Stronger with his Ectoplasm Beam. Just before he struck down the child to complete the ritual, Stronger activated his Charge Up form, which the General managed to shrug off, before his power boost was weakened by cloud cover, and being killed by Stronger's Super-Electro Lightning Kick. Thus ended General Wolf; the dog who dared to mess with General Shadow.

Notes: General Wolf is pretty solid, but only sits at a PL 9. With the strength and durability native to most Kamen Rider kaijin, combined with wolf senses, teleportation, an explosive baton, thrown explosive teeth (because dentist?), and a headset that fires powerful ectoplasmic rays, he's not lacking in power. Where he truly shines is when his Lunar Empowerment activates; a +2 to all Damage Effects, Improved Critical, and a Toughness resistance, General Wolf is incredibly powerful when within his element. But, its pretty easily dealt with, as any sort of cover shuts it down. On another note, he's the only member of the Delza Army that seems to have a human form. Though why he chose a dentist is anyone's guess.

Complications

Personality - Brank is a dumb brute, through and through. Nothing goes through his head that isn't about securing power.

Background: Commander Brank, the successor to the name of Frankenstein's Monster. Arriving with General Shadow's call, Commander Brank bided his time as several fellow Majin fell against Kamen Rider Stronger. Getting involved in the conflict, Brank would be tricked into standing guard over the "unconscious" Stronger for General Wolf, after attempting to steal his kill. Releasing Stronger from his gas trap, Brank would be outfought by the Rider, who escaped to defeat General Wolf. Following this, Brank would next appear, alongside his personal mook squadron, running interference against Stronger for fellow his fellow Cyborg Majin, Snake Woman. Stronger would, upon transformation, defeat his minions and take on the Commander directly, defeating him in their first bout with little difficulty, before the Commander retreated. While Stronger went on to discover how to remove Snake Woman's influence on the civilians she had brainwashed, as well as fight the monster, and Tachibana would be caught up in the Snake Woman's vicious scheme to kidnap and alter kids into snake-hybrids, Brank would lie in wait near the Delza Army's Mountain Base, ambushing the Rider as he approached. After his minions were dealt with, Brank took Stronger head-on once again, managing to land a lucky critical blow with a thrown boulder, allowing him to brutalize the Rider for a time before Stronger found an opening in the battle to activate his Charge Up form, proving too much for the Commander, as he was struck into the ground with Stronger's Super-Electro Diving Punch and tossed into the distance, dying on impact. Thus ended Commander Brank, the Delza Army's resident dumbass.

Notes: Brank is cheap and strong, with high Damage output and durability, but lacking active defenses, Will, and skill ranks. As a result, he's stupid cheap, nearly 100 points less than any other general around. This is pretty reflective of his performance in series; tough enough to take Stronger head-on, but not super capable, as Stronger was able to easily deflect his weapon attacks, and eventually out-muscle the dumbass in combat.

Complications

Personality - Snake Woman isn't much inclined to leadership, rather, she is devoted to General Shadow, planning to kill Stronger on his behalf.

Weakness - Snake Woman's Snake Hybridization can be easily reversed by removing the jewel-like patches on the hybrids' heads.

Background: The Snake Woman, the only loyal Majin in this goddamn show. Snake Woman first arrived following the death of General Wolf, having been summoned by her dear friend General Shadow to assist him against Stronger. Her first move involved infecting a random woman and her child with her Snake Hybridization, a situation that Stronger stumbled into. The Snake Woman appeared in silhouette as the two attacked Stronger, who quickly incapacitated them and pursued her, only to be attacked by Commander Brank and his minions, allowing her to escape as Stronger took them on. As Stronger discovered how to cure the Snake Hybrids, the Snake Woman and her minions would capture a group of children and Tobei Tachibana, and alter them into Snake Hybrids. When Stronger came across them, he was assaulted by the Snake Woman's minions, transforming and defeating the group before freeing the group, only to be attacked by the now-altered hybrids. Again incapacitating them and freeing them of the hybridization, Stronger then took off to pursue the Snake Woman. After a diversion by more minions, the Snake Woman evaded Stronger's attacks with quick teleportation, before escaping into a nearby river, transforming into a sea serpent and swimming towards the Delza Army base, inadvertently giving away their location to Stronger. He would not reach the base, however, as Commander Brank would again interfere, ambushing Stronger and leading to their final battle.

The Man Who Returned! The Name Is V3!
As Stronger and Tachibana gazed upon the Delza Army Mountain Base, Snake Woman planned her final assault on the Rider. Soon after, while Stronger and Tachibana searched the mountain for the base's entrance, Tachibana would be brainwashed once again, and told to run Stronger off the side of the mountain. This plan would be successful, leaving the still untransformed Stronger severely injured at the bottom of the mountain. Using this to her advantage, the Snake Woman drained Stronger of his electricity, preparing to inject her venom and finish the Rider off. She was driven off at the last minute by Tachibana, teleporting away and leaving the Rider on the brink. Meanwhile, at a nearby port, a sarcophagus, straight from Alexandria, Egypt, had arrived, under heavy guard, and followed by a mysteriously familiar man. Two unknowing thieves, looking for a good score, opened the container, revealing the sarcophagus, which then opened on its own. A mummy raised out of it, as the two thieves were bound to the floor by magical blood, the mummy being revealed as yet another Delza Army Demon, Marshal Machine, who turned the men to dust before teleporting away. The mysterious man arrived moments later, boarding a motorcycle to pursue, as Tachibana tried to keep Stronger alive. Regaining consciousness, Stronger asked Tachibana to bring his Rider Machine, and hook him up to it, providing him the charge necessary to regain his Rider form and stabilize. Just as that happened, however, Stronger was assaulted by more of the Snake Woman's minions and the general herself, who was able to take Stronger on handily. Back with our mysterious stranger, he was run off the road by Marshal Machine and his minions, easily dispatching the minions before revealing himself as......Shiro Kazami, Kamen Rider V3 himself, returned to Japan to stop Marshal Machine's schemes. Transforming to engage the general, V3 proved an equal, eventually driving them away with a simple V3 Kick. At the same time, Stronger, while holding his own with the Snake Woman, would be drained of his power once again by their Conductive Cape, leaving them unable to defend themselves against their further assault, only to be saved at the last moment by V3, who rescued Stronger from his trap, and held of General Shadow as Stronger defeated the Snake Woman with his Charged Up Form's Super-Electro Great Whirling Kick. Thus ended the Snake Woman, the last of the Delza Army to fall before the final battle begins.

Notes: The Snake Woman is deceptively strong. While only a PL 9, she's got an insane point cost due to her huge swath of capable powers. A solid melee fighter, both with her snake arm and whip, as well as solid defensive capabilities. She also utilizes a potent venom (strong enough to potentially kill Stronger), a powerful Energy Drain (which also severely fucked Stronger over), the ability to brainwash and alter humans into snake-human hybrids, following her every whim, and an annoying-ass cape, which both snares and drains an opponent of their electrical power (so powerful is this cape that Stronger needed a full-on rescue from another Rider to escape). Despite all this, until she successful landed a Cape Snare, she was being pretty handily defeated by Stronger, proving her relative weakness outside of her potent techniques. So she's strong, but not too strong.

Commander Brank is weird- what kind of Enemy General shows up, but acts as a subordinate to everyone else's schemes until it's finally time to kill him? Did someone have a big plan for him but then realize they were pressed for time? It's interesting how he & Snake Woman are much less powerful than the others. At least Snake Woman has tons of powers, including what is apparently a VERY lethal Rider-specific weapon, giving how her cape actually has him on the ropes, despite the disparity in their PLs.

Eh, Brank's so dumb he wasn't even aware that he was being used as a minion. I don't think he ever even directly interacts with Snake Woman.

Yeah, that power discrepancy is pretty neat. A solid, but stupid physical threat, and a capable, yet vulnerable scheming threat.

As for the cape, the whole "Weaken Electrical Effects", in Stronger's case, would literally drain his own life force out of him, due to being an Electrical Cyborg. He was pretty rightly screwed until V3's rescue. Especially considering that, being during his series, Stronger was likely only PL 10.5-ish at the time, leaving him much more vulnerable than the modern Legend Rider version would be.

Complications

Personality - General Shadow is, to put it lightly, extremely manipulative. Despite his evil and manipulative nature as a demon, he sees himself above some common aspects of his demonic nature, including cowardly acts like kidnapping children and willingly selling out his fellow demons without extenuating circumstances.

Divination - General Shadow strongly believes in divination, often consulting their deck of cards before engaging in major decisions.

Rivalry - Seeing the potential danger that Kamen Rider Stronger showcased, General Shadow devoted himself to taking down the Rider.

Background

General Shadow, the Delza Army's best.

Arguably Non-Canon History
First coming to Earth in time long past, alongside the denizens of the Demon World that would inspire much of Earth's myths, Shadow was a "normal" demon, persecuted by the humans around him during his time, and severely injured. Upon returning to the Demon World, he would be one of the first to undergo a reconstruction procedure, becoming one of the earliest Cyborg Majin. Driven by revenge, and eventually bloodlust, Shadow would become a renowned demon, interfering in both World Wars and racking up massive casualties on both sides, while undergoing further reconstruction to recover from said battles.

Kamen Rider Stronger
He would return to Earth again in the mid 1970s, joining the organization Black Satan in an attempt to get his hands on his new rival, Kamen Rider Stronger. Working alongside/against the recently revived Hundred-Eyed Titan, Shadow would undertake a few schemes, mostly in an attempt to draw out Stronger. Schemes such as; attempting to reverse Earth's gravity, brainwashing kids, terrorism, y'know, the usual. Throughout these schemes, and his interference in those by Titan, Shadow and Stronger grew to know each other through battle, revealing an honorable warrior underneath that fishbowl head. Following Titan's death and the subsequent revival of Dead Lion, Shadow would abandon Black Satan, leaving them to fall to Stronger.

The Delza Army Appears!
Following Black Satan's fall, General Shadow would summon his allies, 7 Cyborg Majin of the Delza Army, a group of remodeled demons intent on taking over Earth. As the group had a......loose hierarchy, and many of his allies were quite overconfident and egotistical, Shadow proposed a challenge; whoever managed to kill Stronger would be declared the leader of the group. Sitting back and manipulating situations from the background, Shadow watched as Stronger was challenged further than he ever had before. Following Tackle's death, the evolution of Stronger by the acquirement of his Super-Electronic Dynamo, a coup attempt, and the death of his closest ally, Shadow would be dethroned...

The Seven Legendary Riders vs The Delza Army
Arriving during Stronger's battle against Snake Woman, Marshal Machine, a higher-ranking Cyborg Majin, alongside his two lackeys, would order Shadow to hand the reins of Delza Army's Japan Operations to him. This, combined with the subsequent arrivals of Kamen Riders V3, X, Amazon, and Riderman, would ruin all of Shadow's carefully laid plans. After an unsuccessful attempt to ruin Machine's schemes by warning the Riders, Shadow would be ordered to battle Stronger to the death. The two longtime rivals would engage in an incredible, nearly half-episode long battle, with Shadow proving himself as Stronger's true match. The battle would conclude with both warriors landing devastating blows; Shadow managing to pierce Charged Up Stronger's side, and Stronger landing a Super-Electro Lightning Kick. As Stronger crumpled, down and nearly out, Shadow would declare himself the victor, before shouting his allegiance to the Delza Army and exploding, dying a badass as his fellow demons gave their respects. Thus ended General Shadow, at least, until.....

OOO, Den-O, All Riders!: Let's Go Kamen Riders!
Following a time travel mishap by the residents of the Den-Liner, and Kamen Rider OOO's ally, Ankh, an alternate timeline where the Double Riders were defeated in battle, and thus, Shocker were the rulers of the world, was created. This alteration would revive General Shadow, as well as every other Showa Era Villain Faction, which were folded into this larger, world-conquering Shocker. Shadow would be dispatched to deal with the fugitive Kamen Rider OOO, who had managed to escape the brainwashed Riders 1 & 2 alongside several rebellious children. While more than capable of dealing with the relatively rookie Kamen Rider, he was unable to stop them from escaping onto the Den-Liner. He would be left out the rest of the time travel escapades, only reengaging after the Riders (and the memories of the people of Japan) managed to reset the timeline, freeing the Riders from their brainwashing and allowing them to take on Shocker. Realizing this was a losing battle, Shadow would attempt to escape, only to be countered by 4 other heroes; Kikaider, Kikaider 01, Inazuman, and Kaiketsu Zubat, who would overwhelm him with their various finishers and defeat the revived demon. Thus ended General Shadow, again.....

until......

Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen
General Shadow, alongside nearly all Rider Villains up to that point, was revived by Dai-Shocker, a multiversal variation of Shocker, led by Tsukasa Kadoya, Kamen Rider Decade, who had seemingly reverted to his former role as Great Leader. This revival was accompanied by the revival of the universe-spanning Zangyack Empire as Dai-Zangyack, under the leadership of Captain Marvelous, Gokai Red of the Gokaigers, the group of space pirates who collapsed the empire in the first place. The two groups instantly took to fighting each other, as their leaders planned to destroy all Kamen Riders/Super Sentai Teams, respectively, each believe that the other faction was too much of a threat. Shadow, in the background, was one of the primary conspirators who planned to dethrone the Rider, alongside Shadow Moon. After the Legendary Red Senshi and World Destroying Kamen Rider seemingly wiped out each others former factions, and then each other, the two groups revealed their allegiance, and how this whole war was a ploy to wipe out the only groups who could stop their multiversal conquest. At the last moment, through one of his dimensional walls, Decade and Gokai Red revealed their survival, and their knowledge of the ploy. Revealing their own ploy, Decade summoned every Sentai Team and Rider up to that point, who then took on the combined Dai-Shocker/Dai-Zangyack alliance. Shadow would make, what I think, is the worst decision of his life in this fight; taking on Kamen Rider Decade & the Gokaigers, both being among the strongest members of their factions of all time, at the same time. Of course, being the badass he is, he was able to hold them off for a time, only falling to a hail-mary team attack by Gokai Red and Decade, acting as the catalyst for their seeming reconciliation. Thus ended General Shadow yet again, finally put to rest.

Notes: General Shadow is an absolutely incredible warrior; a master-grade swordsman, with stats to rival pretty much any Kamen Rider, as well as a wide swath of odd, card-based powers. Able to multiply, teleport, transform into both a swarm of playing cards or one massive, extra-sharp, flying card, scry on his enemies, and release a variety of cutting, exploding, and forceful card attacks, he's definitely strange. He's also quite intelligent, always planning, always trying to manipulate events to go his way. I mean, you need to be this capable when you're taking on someone who's literally called Stronger. I love this guy, easily my favorite character in Stronger, he's just an incredible rival for Stronger, and he's never really had to job to anyone. Every fight against him has been a fight. Glad this weird fishbowl cyborg demon gets the respect he deserves.

Complications

Personality - An arrogant, vile half-demon, Marshal Machine is prideful and vicious. Upon seeing General Shadow's inability to defeat Stronger, he usurped his position and took his own shot at the Riders.

Rivalry (General Shadow) - After usurping General Shadow's position as the Delza Army Commander of Japan, the two had a.......tense relationship.

Background: Marshal Machine, the endgame boss of Stronger. A cybernetic mummy demon who was stationed in Japan during the Delza Army's initial arrival on Earth, Machine would quickly come to learn of a potential problem for his group's goals; the Kamen Riders. After several schemes were ruined by Kamen Rider V3, and upon learning that General Shadow's group had been annihilated, Machine set off to Japan, with V3 in tow. Upon arrival in Japan, and the violent vaporization of two thieves, Machine linked up with General Shadow and announced his plans to take over for Shadow in Japan, to which he protested. Machine dispatched one of his lackeys, the overconfident Commander Magnet, to take on Stronger, who was soundly defeated after an attempt to throw a bus full of children off a mountain. After this, realizing that the Riders really are a problem, and that they were converging in Japan, Machine began some larger plans; creating an 'Earthquake Engine' to break Japan's fault lines open in an attempt to drown the country in magma. When that was foiled, he had his minions burst open Tokyo Dam in an attempt to drown V3 and Riderman (failed, but later successful by his minions capturing them anyway), and later, after discovering Shadow's attempted scheming, ordered the fishbowl head to kill Stronger immediately. After the extra-close battle between the two rivals, Machine gave his respects to Shadow, swearing to avenge him, and capturing the severely injured Stronger.

Appearance! Riders 1 & 2!
With V3, Riderman, and Stronger captured, Machine believed that victory was assured, as the two remaining Riders, X and Amazon, could not possibly take them on while they have their hostages. His lackeys warned him about the original Double Riders, who Machine believed to be urban legends, before heading off to execute Stronger at a waterfall. At the last moment, this execution was interrupted by the arrival of Riders 1 & 2, rescuing Stronger and teaming up with him to engage Machine and his underling demons. After a short disengagement, where Stronger actually used the Disguise function to hit Machine with a truck full of explosives and the Double Riders were nearly gas-chambered, the three Riders took on the three demons in final battles; Stronger defeating Commander Magnet, Rider 1 taking on Armored Knight, and Rider 2 taking on the Marshal himself. While his allies were straight-up defeated and captured, the Marshal was able to survive quite long against Rider 2, with the battle ceasing following the arrival of his captured minions and their Rider captors. Attempting to trade V3 and Riderman for his minions, the Riders revealed that X and Amazon had gone and freed their compatriots. As a last-ditch scheme, Machine called on the face sitting on their mountain base to rescue him, disappearing with his minions as the face unleashed powerful energy beams unto the Riders.

Goodbye, The Glorious Seven Riders!
After his disappearance, his announced to the Riders that his final scheme was the all-time classic; kidnap Tachibana. Stringing the man up in a tree nearby, Machine and his minions stood firm, preparing to face down the 7 Kamen Riders, joined by a swarm of Revived Kaijin, awakened by the face in the mountain. Machine watched as his minions were torn apart by the now gathered 7 Legendary Riders, before he himself fell by Stronger's hands. Thus ended Marshal Machine, the Delza Army's "big bad".

Notes: Marshal Machine, despite the limited showings, is quite capable. His first appearance entailed him easily vaporizing two thieves without a second thought, and then taking on V3 in direct combat, proving himself able to match the experienced Rider, even trapping him in his Demon Pyramid for a moment. He's got quite the output, a powerful magical blast and explosive effect, the ability to bind foes to the ground with blood, and being able to create tough magical barriers able to trap even someone as powerful as V3, who had to Power Stunt a Burrowing effect to escape. He's definitely not their melee equal, but he's definitely able to hold his own for a time. He's also got a random machine gun, for some reason. Kinda useless considering the Rider's durability, but hey, its there. I like the guy, he's definitely not a better villain than Shadow, but the design is sick and I thought he served as a nice endgame boss.

Complications

Personality - Magnet's an overconfident general, seeing Shadow as a coward for being unable to defeat Stronger in combat. And then proceeded to get his ass kicked by Stronger.

Weakness - Magnet's body is naturally extremely magnetized. Do with that what you will.

Background: Commander Magnet, Marshal Machine's overconfident lackey. A magnetic Cyborg Majin stationed in the Amazon, Magnet came into conflict with the area's resident protector, Kamen Rider Amazon, before being called to Japan by his boss, Marshal Machine. Arriving shortly after the death of Snake Woman, Magnet degraded Shadow for his inability to kill Stronger, seeming to forget his own troubles with the Rider of South America. Sent out under orders to kill Stronger, the Commander would use his magnetic powers to drag a school bus full of children towards the edge of a cliff. Interrupted by Stronger and Tachibana, who rescued the vehicle, before Stronger took him on in battle. Despite the advantage of having magnetic powers against a cybernetic warrior, Magnet was outdone by Stronger's versatility, being injured by an Electro-Fire and getting overpowered in melee after his defenses were weakened. Retreating from this humiliation, and getting shit-talked by Shadow, Magnet set off for his primary scheme; utilizing a power-boosting device to enhance his magnetic powers to destroy Haneda Airport by scrambling approaching and departing planes. This plan was almost successful, too, as he managed to crash two planes before Stronger tracked him down. Alongside his fellow general Armored Knight, Commander Magnet would take on Stronger, joined by the X-Rider and Amazon, who proved too much for the two. Weakened by Stronger's Den Kick, Magnet would explode against Armored Knight after being launched by Charged Up Stronger's Super Electro Jet Throw. Following their death, their voices announced into the aether their supposed immortality (they were likely just revived by that big-ass mountain face), before rejoining Marshal Machine to prepare for their last schemes. Alongside Armored Knight, Commander Magnet would explode Tokyo Dam which, while unsuccessful in drowning either V3 or Riderman, would provide enough of a chaotic situation for each general to defeat one of the Riders; Commander Magnet trapping V3 in an artificial crevasse, and Armored Knight managing to outfight Riderman. With the two Riders captured, Magnet would watch over Shadow's final battle, assisting in the capture of Stronger. He would be the one to warn Marshal Machine of the Double Riders, and would end up engaging Stronger in battle, being defeated and captured alongside Armored Knight. While captured, he and Knight would showcase a bit of a cowardly side, believing that their boss would simply leave them to die. While Machine would negotiate a hostage trade, X and Amazon would arrive with the freed V3 and Riderman, leaving the 3 Cyborg Majins surrounded and pretty readily screwed. Saved at the last moment by the giant-fucking-mountain-face, Magnet would survive until the final battle, falling in the free-for-all battle between the Seven Legendary Riders and the Revived Kaijin Corps. Thus ended Commander Magnet.

Notes: Commander Magnet is a pretty even PL 9, hitting PL 10 through a few select magnetic effects, though he only really hits that due to being able to engage one-on-one with Kamen Riders. He's a capable melee fighter, but his key powers involve his whole....being a magnet thing. Able to generate such powerful magnetic force that he can melt ferrous materials, move large amounts of metal, and scramble mechanical systems, he's actually pretty well set up against Showa Era Riders, who pretty much all rely on cybernetic enhancements.
