Previous Pre-Gens Thread

So. This is me doing it my way. I blend Archetypes or play with existing ones to do something different than expected, maybe. Some are inspired by pictures. Others by comments from other people. Builds I saw somewhere. I've got 480 of these to convert, so we're gonna be here a while. it certainly took long enough to make them all, sheesh. I'm not doing Complications this time because there's so dang many. The first Part or three are gonna be a little rough around the edges, to be sure. I was still feeling my way around in 2e and no amount of experience is gonna pretty that up without ripping the heart out of them. These are conversions, not rebuilds. So you know. Enjoy! I didn't promise no comments from me. :mrgreen: While Speedster Archer is more or less the same (and self explanatory by anyone remotely familiar with the system), Probability Control doesn't exist in 3E. Hence Hex Blast. And I surprisingly had more points to spend after converting everything, so this Wanda knockoff is arguably better than the original. It was weird. You expect to save points on stronk guys and lose points on skill monkeys, and boy do I love a good skill monkey. But a mystic, kind of? Weird. Anyway, Hex Blast is nasty when it works. So have fun with that.

Niiiice. It might be more flavorful to drop their STR and STA and boost damage and Toughness with Strength-based Damage and Defensive Roll.

I never can predict which one folks will like. PMA is the blandest of the bland to me. Le shrug. Not that I don't appreciate it (because I do), but even in Part 1 I have some old favorites like Speedster Archer, Ricardo The Mariachi, Transforming Weapon Master, Phantom Swordsman, and Squid Girl. PMA is just kind of there.

But anyway. A rebuild done by the 2022 version of EP (veteran builder than he is) would probably do something like that. 2015 EP was still feeling his way around, and these are conversions to the best of my current ability. No rebuilds.
