Complications
- Arrogance: Harry regularly tries to convince other people to convert to the worship of Rao, because worshiping Rao is effectively synonymous with worshiping Harry himself.
- Bane: Harry is as vulnerable to magic as anyone else. His Toughness score is not Impervious against magical attacks.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Just because Harry is merely the Voice of Rao, doesn't mean he is any less of a divine entity, and he feels it is his duty to guide the mortal inhabitants of the world and keep them safe from harm.
- Quirk: Harry doesn't particularly mind telling people which deity he represents. It's not like they'd believe him, anyways.
- Relationship: Harry places significant value upon the worshipers of Rao, feeling that they are akin to his own personal extended family.
- Temper: Harry's temper sometimes get's the better of him, and is known for making him forget that he isn't anywhere near as powerful as Rao was at the height of Krypton's golden age. Fortunately, there are ways by which he can increase his level of power so that he eventually does begin to rival the likes of Superman.

- Bullheaded: Kara can be quite stubborn, and often expects that the world will adapt to her presence within it, particularly in regards to her overbearing cousin, Kal-El.
- Motivation: Protector: The people of the planet Earth need heroes, and Kara believes that she is an ideal candidate to take up this mantle.
- Overconfident: Kara has absolutely no concept of her own innate limitations, and indeed believes that she doesn't have any. As such, she will be take quite by surprise when she encounters dedicated spellcasters for the first time.
- Quirk: As the manifestation of a goddess of beauty, Kara has perfect manners and poise, and is in fact, almost preternaturally charming.

Wanderer's of Yggdrasil Brainstorm & Notes

Wanderer’s of Yggdrasil
Premise: Hela was condemned to eternal imprisonment in the wastes of Helheim by her own father; but what Odin hadn't foreseen was that an opportunity for her early release would eventually appear. Neither had he expected that she'd be willing to pay the price for such a boon and the changes her decision would cause to the Weave of Fate.
Required Inclusions:
- By briefly uniting the Deathly Hallows, Harry Potter unknowingly gave Hela an opportunity to acquire her freedom far earlier than Odin had ever expected for that to happen.
- Since the seal on her prison is still intact, Hela will be afflicted with a bout of physical and magical weakness that will last until the author decides otherwise.
- This weakness is the price Hela must pay to Mistress Death so that she can escape from her prison without having her father alerted to the fact that she is now free.
- To escape from the gaze of both Heimdall and Odin, Hela will need to travel across the Old Paths, which can be found amid the very branches of Yggdrasil, the World Tree.
- Since Mistress Death does care about her subjects, she will give Hela a traveling companion in the form of the very same mortal who broke her out of prison.
- While Harry and Hela will have a rocky beginning to their relationship, they must quickly develop a genuine bond of friendship that will ultimately pave the way to romance.
- While Hela will be Harry’s primary romantic interest, other women are permitted to join in on the relationship so long as they gain Hela’s approval.
- Hela must be adamant that if Harry wishes to court her, that he will have to learn how to wield a “traditional” weapon of war, since only a tried and true warrior is worth her time.
- The timeline for Potterverse must begin a few years after Harry vanquishes Voldemort, but the author is free to decide when this correlates to the timeline of the MCU.
- While Harry will teach Hela how to let go and enjoy the simple things in life, she will be teaching him how to be a proper Jarl, so he can drag Wizarding Society into the modern era.
- While Harry and Hela won’t join the Avengers as full time members, they must be involved in some of the same conflicts as Earth’s Mightiest Defenders.
Preferred Inclusions:
- While Harry and Hela will eventually arrive on Midgard, they should take their time in reaching that destination so they can enjoy the many “tourist traps” that can be found in the Nine Realms.
- Instead of having a set of weapons and armor crafted for him, Harry could develop a form of magic which replicates Hela’s ability to spontaneously conjure Necroswords and armor.
- Uniting the Deathly Hallows, even if only briefly, should have awakened Harry’s dormant quasi-divine heritage, placing him on even footing with the Vanir and Aesir.
- Due to her past as the Executioner of Asgard and her general martial prowess, Hela is one of the few beings that Thanos is rightfully wary of.
- One day, Harry and Hela should travel to Asgard so they can present their new child(ren) to the Allfather and his court, which will cause all manner of problems due to Odin’s past actions.
Optional Inclusions:
- Hela could have rather mixed feelings about the fact that her baby brother wields her hammer.
- Hela could help Harry get over his trauma about the many scars he bears by insisting that they are proof of his valor and the fact that he has survived against all odds.
- The Angels of Heven could serve as a recurring set of antagonists for Harry and Hela, since Hela is in a lot of ways the MCU version of Angela (Aldriff).
Forbidden Things:
- Harry and Hela letting Asgard interfere with their family.
- Harry being related to Loki in any way, shape or form.
- Harry and Hela, the malevolent emo doormats.
- Harry being involved in a male-slash pairing.
- Hela suffering her canonical fate.

I am taking the firm stance that each of the Nine Realms exists in a separate dimension. However, this is only so I can avoid the complications that would be caused by having them exist in the same universe when giving characters my "Walk the Old Paths" power, since the Space Travel aspect of the Movement power effect doesn't provide protection against the rigors of outer space.

Premise: How would things change if Harry Potter was actually the son of the notorious Doctor Victor von Doom due to the fact that Lily conceived a child with the “good” doctor in order to repay a life debt that she owed to the man after he saved, not just her own life, but that of her parents, from a group of Death Eaters?
Required Inclusions:
- In this story, it must be James Potter’s mother and father who sacrifice their lives in order to protect the children of Lily Potter, meaning that James and Lily both survive.
- Furthermore, Lily must have had at least two children, with the younger of the children being declared the Child Who Lived due to the elder actually being the son of Victor von Doom.
- Harry must either be handed over to Victor to be raised as his heir, or else Victor must intercept the child while he is enroute to the Dursley family.
- Harry must be Doom’s eldest child, and thus the one who will become the King of Latveria should anything happen to his father at some future point in time.
- Victor must genuinely care for Harry, meaning that he won’t stoop to the shenanigans that he pulled with Kristoff Vernard in the comics.
- Harry’s primary romantic interest must be a Marvel character, with the author’s preference being for Wanda Maximoff, who he will meet while he is the Viceroy of Sokovia.
- Harry must be at least sixteen years old when the Order of the Phoenix comes to realize that he is the actual Child Who Lived, causing them to begin trying to locate him.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry’s birth should be the result of Lily repaying a Life Debt that she owes to Victor, though the specifics of this debt will be left up to the author.
- Harry should be something of an anti-hero, which sets him apart from his father who is much more of an anti-villain in how he deals with the trials that he comes up against in his life.
- In spite of the fact that they are essentially archenemies, Victor should name a member of the Fantastic Four as his son’s godparent, bonus points if this is Susan Storm.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could get involved with the 2nd Blood War after disrupting a Death Eater rally in Sokovia.
- Harry could have a suit of armor that greatly resembles the power armor worn by his father, except that it is mystical in nature instead of being primarily technological.

Complications
- Honor: Wanda will always keep her word once she has given it to someone, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Lack of Control: Wanda has absolutely no formal training in the use of her magic, and is therefore prone to using it on an instinctual basis rather than in the form of prefabricated spells. This means she can sometimes cause wild and Chaotic effects that work better as plot devices than they do anything else.
- Motivation: Justice: Like her brother, Wanda wants to claim vengeance upon those who she feels are responsible for the deaths of her parents. However, her sense of honor prevents her from going too far in doing such a thing, as it would only make her into the very same sort of monster that she envisions as the guilty party.
- Temper: Wanda's temper is so infamous that the only person with worse anger management issues is the Phoenix Force itself. This is something she is trying to fix about herself, but it's not as easy as it might sound, especially since her Chaos Magic is fueled by her emotions!
- Troubled Teen: Wanda and her brother, Pietro Maximoff, lost their parents in a bombing that they blame on Stark Industries and the United States Military, which has in turn led to their participation in anti-American political rallies in the Sokovian capital of Novi Grad. Unfortunately, this same activism could lead to their discovery by HYDRA, and ultimately cause them to be exposed to Loki's Scepter, granting them both a surplus of superhuman abilities, in addition to Wanda's innate magical abilities. Or, they could come to the attention of Sokovia's new Viceroy. The question is who will take notice of them first?

Lord of Dreams Brainstorm & Notes

Lord of Dreams
Premise: Out of all the eternal deities that could possibly exist, there was one who was so completely lost to history that muggle scholars only knew a very small amount about his true nature. But, this deity still exists… or rather, he has recently returned to prominence, but in the form of Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must prefer to incapacitate his enemies whenever possible, even while acknowledging that some foes will be too dangerous to keep alive.
- Harry must be on the same level of power as other Sumerian deities within the Marvel comics world setting, since that is what he will be in this scenario.
- Harry must have always been a deity, just one who didn’t realize what he was until he was informed of the fact by an unspecified individual at the author’s preferred point in time.
- All Harry will know, at least initially, is that he can cause his dreams to become a reality, and that he can peer into the dreams of other people.
- Any powers Harry possesses aside from the ability to perceive, manipulate and attack the dreams of others and himself will be up to the author.
- What happened to cause Sisig, Harry’s true identity, to vanish from the annals of history will be left up to the author, but he must return in the form of Harry Potter.
- Even though muggle histories have long since forgotten about Sisig, there must be a magical cult that is dedicated to the deity who will aid Harry and do whatever it takes to keep him happy.
- While the author is allowed to pair Harry with any female characters they desire, it is suggested that at least one of his romantic partners be drawn from the aforementioned cult.
Preferred Inclusions:
- This story should include elements from the Marvel comics and cinematic universes, though the author is free to include other aspects of the Marvel universe as well.
- As the Sumerian god of desire and dreams, Harry should be immune to the effects of love potions as well as the Mirror of Erised.
- Voldemort could be a beautiful woman in this story, who harbors the desire to have Harry join her cause, which promptly morphs into a desire to have the “young” deity join her bed.
- As the god of dreams and desire, Harry should have the ability to influence emotions such as love, lust, desire, greed and other such foibles of humanity.
Optional Inclusions:
- In addition to having power over positive dreams, Harry could have influence over nightmares, visions of doom, fears and desires (both positive and negative), giving him a far wider arsenal.
- Harry could have an ancient familiar that bonds with him when he becomes aware of his true nature as the Sumerian god of desire and dreams.

- Honor: Desdemona concretely understands the tenets of the Old Faith and can always substantiate valid reasons for her actions according to those beliefs. She also trusts her faithful allies with her life, and they in turn seem to trust her with their own.
- Lifelinked: Desdemona will be forced to make an immediate DC 30 Will resistance check or promptly die if Harry Potter is ever permanently killed. On the other hand, she will continue to exist in her current form for as long as he continues to draw breath due to the fact that he is her last remaining Horcrux.
- Motivation: Justice: Desdemona's primary goal in life is to ensure that the traditional beliefs of wizarding society are upheld, and that the muggle-born are indoctrinated into the beliefs of the world they are immigrating to so that they don't endanger the continued existence of magic as a concept simply by forcing their foolish beliefs on the magical populous.

Amor et Bellum Brainstorm & Notes

Amor et Bellum
Premise: On the night that Dumbledore sought to leave Harry on the Dursley’s doorstep, another person was there, waiting in the shadows. This individual had been sent by the Liege Lord of Apokolips in order to collect his mislaid son and bring him back to his palace in Seclusion City on Apokolips.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must prefer to incapacitate his opponents instead of killing them, since his most diehard adversaries will be the heroes of the Earth owing to his divine legacy.
- Harry must be taken away from the Dursley’s doorstep by Granny Goodness at the behest of her liege lord, Darkseid, since Harry is actually the newest Prince of Apokolips.
- Harry’s upbringing as the Prince of Apokolips must be included in this story, even if it is handled as a series of flashbacks.
- Harry is the son of Darkseid because James Potter decided to utter a divine invocation that allowed Darkseid to possess him on the night that Harry was conceived.
- Harry must be paired with at least one female character, who will be the Queen(s) that rule(s) alongside him on his chosen Throneworld.
- Harry must use his divine abilities when he inevitably arrives at Hogwarts, even if that means he will be making considerable waves among the local magical populace.
- The fact that Harry is Darkseid’s son must unnerve, if not terrify, some of the local inhabitants of Earth, especially in regards to the members of the Justice League.
- At least one other student at Hogwarts must be from Apokolips or New Genesis, bonus points if it turns out that Daphne Greengrass is actually the Female Fury known as Gilotina.
- At some point in the story, Harry must offer to train at least one other character of the author’s choosing, who this individual is, and what Harry trains them to do is up to the author.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry’s primary romantic interest should be Kara Zor-El, who will initially be brainwashed before Harry releases her after he falls in love with the blonde Kryptonian.
- Harry should receive training in order to become the new leader of Apokolips should anything happen to his divine father, no matter how unlikely that may actually be.
- Lily should actually be one of the many daughters of Hekate, which means that Harry is a fully fledged Half-God (Demigod), instead of having only 1/3rd divine blood.
- Granny Goodness should assume the identity of Dolores Umbridge so that she is close at hand while her Lord Prince is attending lessons at Hogwarts School for Witchcraft & Wizardry.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry’s arrival on Earth could be rather difficult for our young protagonist, since Kara will warn the heroes of Earth about his existence, only to quickly begin regretting her decision.
- Instead of being named “Harry Potter” our protagonist’s full name could be “Henrik James Sirius Potter”, with the “Harry” part of his name simply being an affectionate nickname.
Forbidden Things:
- Dumbledore or Voldemort gaining the allegiance of Apokolips.

Complications
- Bane: Kara is as vulnerable to magic as anyone else. Her Toughness score is not Impervious against magical attack.
- Devout: Kara is fervent in her worship of the gods who rule the people of Apokolips, and even more devoted to her beloved Prince Henrik.
- Motivation: Dreamer: Kara's mind tends to wander more, and more, as the days progress as she worries about her cousin, Kal-El, and what befell him when Krypton was destroyed. Unfortunately, due to her conditioning, she is unable to do anything to look for her cousin since it would almost certainly put her at odds with the gods who control her "destiny."
- Power Loss: Kara will lose her superhuman abilities when exposed to the light of a Red Sun, like that of Krypton's local star, since it interferes with her physiology; but she is not reliant on yellow solar energy to "recharge" these powers. Effects which reproduce this kind of radiation can also deprive her of her powers.
- Significant Other: Kara is romantically involved with Prince Henrik of Apokolips, and would happily see herself starting a family with her Lord Prince even if she somehow manages to win her freedom. In fact, her love for Henrik so complete that she feels as though she would die if he were ever killed.
- Temper: Once Kara is angry, she will usually set fire to everything that gets in her way, and anything she fails to set on fire, will most likely end up being demolished with all the tons of force that she can throw behind her fists!
- Weakness: The radioactive remains of Krypton will sap Kara of her Strength and powers, leaving her first Impaired, then Disabled and eventually Debilitated in terms of her Strength and Power Effects. Long-term exposure (usually only a matter of minutes, or less for large enough quantities of Kryptonite) impose the Dying condition and may lead to Kara's premature death.

Complications
- Honor: Much like her beloved Henrik, Daphne will always spare the lives of those whom she views as being weaker than herself or innocent of any wrongdoing.
- Motivation: Vengeance: Daphne's thirst for vengeance against the men who killed her parents, and their comrades within the Death Eater organization is what turned her into the Female Fury known as Gilotina, and it is this same drive which will keep her loyal to the cause of Apokolips even after Henrik has fulfilled his destiny.
- Significant Other: The most important person in Daphne's life, aside from her beloved Prince, is her younger sister, who is suffering from a blood curse that is seemingly incurable. Daphne is also blind to the malevolent actions of her loved ones.
- Troubled Past: Daphne often reminisces about where her life went wrong, which often leads to her remembrance of the day that a group of masked men stormed her family's manor and killed her parents, while threatening to do the same to both Daphne and her younger sister. It was only the timely intervention of Prince Henrik of Apokolips that saved the lives of these two young maidens.

- Enemy: Despite their relationship, Raven still considers her father, Trigon the Terrible, to be her enemy. Furthermore, Trigon has no problem with destroying everything she holds dear in order to coerce her cooperation.
- Motivation: Acceptance: Raven wants to be accepted for who she is, rather than being feared for what her father intends to unleash upon the world as a gift for her sixteenth birthday.
- Power Loss: Raven's "Soul Self" can be captured, or even damaged, by her enemies if they use certain mystical equipment in order to do so. In such instances, she is unable to access any of her spell effects except for her Astral Projection power, and she is considered to be trapped in her Astral Form until released from confinement. She may even die if separated from her body for too long a period of time.
- Relationships: Raven is the eldest, and thus far only, daughter of the archdemon known as Trigon, and she is romantically interested in Prince Henrik of Apokolips due to their shared background as the children of Abyssal Lords.
