Of course the easiest solution for all of your overpointed skill monkeys is to trade PL for PP and change them to PL9/165p builds. After trimming down your capped traits you'll always have a few points left over for a Favored Environment and/or Favored Foe or more skills or tricks to keep you on par with a standard 10/150

The other one in this Part I'd happily play. Had to cut down Stamina ranks because 3E balanced Fort and WIll saves by PL. But yes. High Toughness, High Damage, Continuous Create, Ranged Healing, and even a potent Transform effect. She's effective in and out of combat. The list of power stunts is potentially endless. Only trouble is that she doesn't move around too well. But that's what teamwork is for, right?

So the effect doesn't come from her, and unless you have that Sense she has, you don't see it coming. Welcome to Part 6, everybody. I figure, if Thomas Raith of hte Dresden Files can be more or less PG-13 fade to black about his proclivities and still be mostly heroic, so too can a succubus be a superhero if they really tried. Appearance Exchange is amazing to me. Switch appearances with anyone she touches. Infiltration bonanza. Mystic Pheromones because it's not a succubus without a little mind control. Same deal with Succubus Drain. Still gotta feed. Psychic Pheromones because sometimes a non violent takedown is needed. And, of course, Combat Mode for the folks who would prefer to get to the damn fisticuffs already. What I did with 2e was Attractive 3 and lower Bluff and Diplomacy, but that doesn't really work in 3E. And yes, dammit all, she's overpointed. Maybe drop the Intimidation? I don't know.

I can't claim credit for the lightsaber construction. Somebod on the old ATT had a Jedi Padawan build that used it. 2e version, so it was Drain instead of Weaken, but still. I think it's extremely effective at demonstrating what a lightsaber actually does (cut through tough materials easily) without needing so many damage ranks that accuracy becomes non thematic for a supposed expert sword fighter. That scene in Phantom Menace where they're cutting through a blast door? This can probably do that. If a cutting laser for Batman or whoever can be effective at one rank, five is going to be nasty.

And yes, dammit all, she's overpointed. Maybe drop the Intimidation? I don't know.
It's not too hard to take off those 10p, as long as you accept that she doesn't hit caps on everything. One quick fix I had was to drop both Pheremone powers from 10 to 8, which saves 6p, and then dropping Dodge and Parry from 12 to 10 for another 4p. The Mystic Pheremone mind control is still going to be most effective on groups of relatively low-level opponents (minions, bystanders, etc) without also being too effective against PL10 or higher opponents, which feels too powerful to me. The Psychic KO is basically the same with an undodgeable single target attack; I feel it should be ideal for taking out lowbies who can't be controlled easily (ie out of scent range) but shouldn't be able to knock out a PL10 easily. The defense drop is my imagining a succubus being not quite that nimble since her specialty is going to be Deception, although it might be tempting to give some Flight dependent defense ranks or even just Favored Environment: Aerial.

Even with those drops, her melee still hits caps and her Drain is pretty devestating, so I think this would be a very workable compromise. It really comes down to preference, YMMV.

I remember those. The power was called Corrosive, I think, and is a Linked Damage/Weaken Toughness and using it for lightsabers was a brilliant move. There was a ranged version called Disintegration as well that you don't see as often.
