Dodge +11 (DC 21), Parry +14 (DC 24), Toughness +8, Fortitude +9, Will +7

Complications:
Motivation (Wenches)- Fat Cobra's libidinous exploits are the stuff of legend, and he has lain with women across the stars.
Motivation (Glory)- Fat Cobra sought from an early age to suprass his humble origins (he's the child of pig farmers- his birth killed his mother, and his father soon abandoned the hungry boy) and become one of the "Cobras". It took decades to gain the abilities necessary.
Addiction (Eating & Wenching)- Fat Cobra's eating habits bankrupted his father when he was just an infant. His wenching has led to...
Enemy (Offspring)- Fat Cobra's hundreds of offspring from his multiple affairs have all attacked him, enraged at his abandoning their mothers after one-night stands. He has had to kill them all in self-defense, and the results have left him one of the mightiest warriors of his age and an Immortal Weapon, but also horribly guilt-ridden.
Responsibility (Poor Memory)- Guilt and drink have left Fat Cobra unaware of most of his own history. He remembers nothing of his early years, and only snippets of his training or adventures. He's sure it involved lots of boning.
Power Loss (Lightning Attacks, Maybe)- Fat Cobra is seen with a stick in his hands before doing his Lightning Attacks- it is possible they are dependent on the item, or they are a Device or some kind.

Total: Abilities: 82 / Skills: 52--26 / Advantages: 39 / Powers: 28 / Defenses: 14 (189)

-Fat Cobra was instantly the most-awesome and most-memorable of The Immortal Weapons we were introduced to- huge as hell, round as a barrel and with Lei-Kung stating that "his size and strength are only outmatched by his speed", he showed off his fighting skills in a bout against "One-Hundred Shaolin Terror-Priests", destroyed them all, then announced that he would be with his "victory wenches". The dude was talked about IMMEDIATELY, and could have been a legend. Sadly, Fat Cobra- The Series was not forthcoming, and instead he had to settle for, oh I dunno- BEATING DANNY RAND IN A FIGHT!! There's some question as to how pure the victory was (Danny insisted he didn't throw the fight, but he was told to by the Blue-Eyed Servant Girl in order to get to the heart of the K'un-Lun Rebellion, and you can see a little box commanding him to "Yield" just before he does), but suffice to say, this dude came in like a hurricane, showed a ton of awesome fighting techniques, was funny as hell, and just got a major push for a new character. The dude was set.

-Alas, he was mostly a background guy thereafter, but showed many other cool moments (going to his "wenches in waiting" after being deferred in a bout against Prince of Orphans; trying to put the moves on an injured Tiger's Beautiful Daughter and getting a hand impaled for it; blocking a freaking EXPLOSIVE CHARGE with his considerable mass). It wasn't until The Immortal Weapons Limited Series that we got his origins- he's from Peng Lai, a land of regenerating, ageless warriors, and was abandoned by his father after he JUST KEPT EATING, and tried multiple times to defeat the massive Hydra-Monster Xiang Yao (his position was won similarly to The Iron Fist, apparently), losing more than once. Seducing countless women, he was eventually hunted down by the seeds of his conquests, and was forced to kill every one of them. These hundreds of opponents strengthened him to the point where he could defeat the monster, but he was nonetheless horrified by what he had to do, and sought to forget it. His issue of the Limited Series featured a reporter telling him the horrible tale of his origins (though he DID introduce Elvis to Kung Fu and helped S.H.I.E.L.D. beat some Werewolves on the Moon), and at the end, Fat Cobra destroyed all of his work in order to forget once again.

-Prior Cobras are generally being shown as big fat guys in a bit of Generational Xerox (other Immortal Weapons vary- Bride of Nine Spiders looked more hauntingly beautiful than her modern creepier incarnation, and another older one was basically an old lady with pendulous old-lady boobs covered in spider webs), but in his origin issue, his nasty-ass trainer Iron-Crutch Khan remarks that he's never heard of a "Fat-Ass Cobra" before, and prior Cobras had other descriptive names instead (Blind Cobra, Old Cobra, Wild Cobra & One-Armed Cobra are named). Similarly, one of the announcers of a match (Crane Mother was another, implying that City Leaders were in this role) was a BIG fat lady of asian descent, making it look at first like it was a nation of Fat People. Not so, apparently.

-Fat Cobra is RIDICULOUSLY good, being that lethal combination of strong AND fast. In his debut, he beat Iron Fist up pretty handily, and he's probably the single most-durable Immortal Weapon, taking explosive charges that would CERTAINLY be fatal to a human being, and being able to regenerate slowly over the years (he is torn in half by Xiang Yao at one point, and eventually grows his legs back- another Cobra is said to have regenerated from a single knuckle). Altogether, he's a full PL 11 offensively & with his Parry, and focuses on power more than the others (but note- he's still faster than he is strong).

Dodge +16 (DC 26), Parry +17 (DC 27), Toughness +3, Fortitude +6, Will +7

Complications:
Responsibility (Home Realm)- Li Hua is the finest warrior from an unnamed city famed for it's female fighters. When she discovered that her father the Tiger Warrior was a charlatan forcing it's women into subservience and docility as part of a peace treaty with another invading nation, she rejected him and trained the women to fight.
Relationship (Three Husbands)- Upon her first successful battle, Li Hua ignored her betrothed He-Ping and took three other men as mates, for "perhaps the three of you will be the equal of ONE husband".
Relationship (Mother)- Li Hua's mother appeared to her in her dreams, training her and focusing her abilities. It would be years before she would discover the truth of this.

Total: Abilities: 84 / Skills: 74--37 / Advantages: 42 / Powers: 4 / Defenses: 17 (186)

-Tiger's Beautiful Daughter wears basically the perviest of outfits, and came across as a bit of a stoic, forgettable character at first, despite her bared skin. Wearing a bunch of straps and a tiny face-mask, she nonetheless flew in and kicked the CRAP out of Davos in his upgraded Steel Phoenix Form, being unharmed by his finger strike (too high to kill, too low to blind), and even SLICED OFF HIS HAND with lethal precision! Enraged, he channeled the chi of Crane Mother's multiple daughters, and absolutely UNLOADED on her, turning her from a hot new character to a punching bag in record time. Her advisors wept, and she spent the next few issues healing up (while also spearing a hairpin through Fat Cobra's hand when he got a little too... hands-y).

-After she'd healed, she joined up with the other Immortal Weapons in kicking ass and defending K'un-Lun, acting as the Agile Speedster archetype compared to the other heavy-hitters. She joined them in New York as well, but didn't get a whole bunch of characterization there, either (though she flirted with a few demons, allowing the Weapons their chance to escape the Eighth City's Prison).

-We would later discover her true origins- she was the pampered Princess of a male-dominated society where the women were plied with wine and seduction, while the men fought faraway wars. Obsessed with the bloody ways of combat, and being trained in her dreams by a mother she'd never met, she would eventually start kicking invader ass herself, and uncover the truth of her society- the women were forced into docility by the men in order to maintain a treaty with the invaders- the WOMEN used to be the warriors, and the men pretended to fight foreign wars to keep up the illusion. Disgusted, Li Hua became Tiger's Beautiful Daughter, leading the formerly-weak women and forming a truly lethal army, using feminine weapons and their mothers' fighting spirit.

-Tiger's Beautiful Daughter is a notch weaker than the other Immortal Weapons, but a better fighter, with some different Advantages. Keeping a half-dozen characters with the same general concept (Super Martial Artist) different enough can be tricky, but she has the Daze/Fascinate bit, Improvised Weapons (her whole concept was taking the everyday objects they had access to and turning them into weapons of war), is a hottie by definition (I mean, IT'S IN HER NAME- plus she actually uses it, unlike many Comic Book Hotties- though personally I find her a bit off-putting showing a goofy amount of skin), and is generally quicker than the other Weapons. Even so, her abilities are probably the most "normal" out of the bunch, as aside from the Dream Plane Training with her mom, she doesn't do much that a normal human being couldn't.

Those guys are sadly the DEFINITION of un-stattable Blank Slate characters, usually just being seen standing around. The group was never really given any depth, so they'd just be "Blind Builds".

Complications:
Motivation (Caretaker of the Dead)- John Aman's mission is to send the dead into the next life.
Relationship (Orson Randall)- Aman hunted Randall for years, and when he discovered that Orson was right and that the Seven Capital Cities of Heaven were corrupt, he allied with the man's cause and took up the struggle with Lei-Kung and Orson's successor.

Total: Abilities: 88 / Skills: 76--38 / Advantages: 32 / Powers: 44 / Defenses: 23 (224)

-The Prince of Orphans was intially a total mystery in The Immortal Iron Fist, commanding attention despite doing and saying little- he just sat there in his big dirty robe and acted like an enigma. However, he turned out to be allied with Lei-Kung's revolution, and revealed himself as John Aman. A name meaningless to most comic book fans, but actually has quite the history- John Aman is the real name of Amazing-Man, a Golden Age hero debuting for Centaur Comics in 1939 (oddly, he debuted in the #5 issue of Amazing-Man Comics... which was the first issue released), who was actually an inspiration for Roy Thomas when he created Iron Fist decades later. Malibu Comics later used him in the 1990s, but Marvel bought them out and suddenly we had John Aman in the Iron Fist-verse.

-His origin is that of a white kid who was raised by Tibetan Monks into being a superhuman warrior and letting him turn into a green mist. This makes him one of The Immortal Weapons in the Marvel Universe, and he was the main guy challenged with assassinating Orson Randall in the 1920s. An unstoppable, unkillable opponent, Aman hunted Randall for YEARS, nearly killing him and the entire Confederates of the Curious numerous times, until his world "fell to pieces" when Randall revealed that The Capital Cities of Heaven were corrupt and travelling on Earth outside of their allowed "cycles". Aman allies with Danny Rand in the modern era, helping the overthrow of K'un-Lun and fighting the forces of HYDRA, but not before teaching The Steel Phoenix an important lesson about tradition and the martial arts.

-His inclusion amongst the Immortal Weapons gives them another mystically-weird bent, but has the unfortunate side-effect of being a Game Breaker. See, Aman's powers let him be an untouchable Green Mist that STILL ALLOWS HIM TO HURT OTHERS, meaning that no martial artist should ever be able to touch him. It actually doesn't make any sense that a bunch of demons could entrap him in The Eighth City, unless being tired & confused permanently made him unable to use his powers (it's never explained). So despite the interesting nature of the character (an implacable, serious person who dominates every situation without even really saying much), he's hard to utilize by any writer. He hasn't appeared since Matt Fraction's Defenders series in 2012.

-John Aman doesn't have terribly-expensive powers, but their lethality is quite noticeable- he is Insubstantial AND has Affects Corporeal Effects, meaning that he can hit without being hit in return. This guy EASILY- EASILY- defeated Davos in his Steel Phoenix identity, beating the snot out of him and delivering a warning about dirty fighting in the Tournament. The only things able to hurt him were Demons in the Eighth City, and some undead Ghost Warriors who's been buried alive and were thus Restless Vegeance-Filled Spirits. Aman is also a physical specimen and very knowledgeable about various subjects, having been good enough at Investigation to follow Orson Randall all over creation, and knowledgeable about Chinese history in the "Ghost Story" part of "The Immortal Weapons" Series. He's not overly fast at movement (guys in a plane or zeppelin or something easily outflew him), but he's probably the most dangerous and unbeatable of the Weapons.

And this kids is why all good Chi-based martial artists need to learn at least one technique with "Affects Insubstantial" tacked onto it. Because your GM will hit you with something that you can't hit back against.

Nah, you just need to return to the Batcave and get a can of Anti-Mystical-Kung-Fu Bat-Spray out of storage. It's right next to the Anti-Kaiju Bat-Bombs.

And this is why the universal first clue that someone's Powergaming M&M is two ranks of that on any of their powers :).

Motivation (The Heart of Shou-Lao)- Zhou's mission is to slay the Iron Fist, and use his dead body as a portal to enter K'un-Lun and steal the heart of Shou-Lao for great power.
Relationship (Nadine)- Zhou is in a relationship with Iron Fist's secretary, but doesn't appear to care for her that much- he throws her aside after she reveals her pregnancy to him.

Total: Abilities: 94 / Skills: 74--37 / Advantages: 25 / Powers: 82 / Defenses: 17 (255)

-Zhou Cheng is the main villain of the Fourth Trade of The Immortal Iron Fist, and is basically set up to TOTALLY wreck Danny. I didn't care as much for this arc, as the villain was one-note (despite being pretty creepy, with a reptile head sticking out of a human neck, pushing the head back), the art worse, and it kind of ignored the whole meta-plot of the story. And I still never quite understood why NOBODY warns any of the Fists about these guys coming for them- Lei Kung's whole "what difference would it make?" thing was stupid, because once Danny got foreknowledge of what was going on, he GOT SOME FRIENDS TO HELP HIM, taking advantage of Zhou's Fist-centric powers.

-Zhou is a great fighter on his own (though Luke Cage and a few Immortal Weapons quickly put him on the ropes- his Bite attack actually hurts Luke, though), but becomes GOD-LIKE against an Iron Fist. His powers allow him to Drain Danny's Iron Fist Chi, fight more quickly, and dodge & parry better. Beating this guy (Danny ignored all of his training, and the Chi of Shou-Lao, and instead focused on his pure rage- the anger of an orphaned child and the unjust nature of it all- he ripped off Zhou Cheng's head with a super-punch) is arguably one of the biggest Feats Danny Rand has to his name- it's not as flashy or as Power-Geeky as "OMG HE HURT A SUPER-TOUGH GUY" or "OMG HE TIPPED THE HELICARRIER", but he basically one-shotted a guy who was BUILT SOLELY TO DEFEAT HIM.

Apparently Zhou Cheng appears in the Iron FIst Netflix series, but he's a normal guy rather than a dude with a monster inside him or whatever.

And this is why the universal first clue that someone's Powergaming M&M is two ranks of that on any of their powers :).
Nah. It fits a lot of mystic concepts, and avoids the awkward situation of "the modest threat that no one could deal with." Plus, if the game is going to be jobber-heavy and mysticism-light, it could be said that the player is spending his points suboptimally in order to portray his character better. On the other hand, if the game is going to be ghost-heavy, then the character is just the hero for the job and it makes perfect sense why the character is involved with the situation.

Complications:
Motivation (Fighting)- Wu Ao-Shi is a warrior through-and-through, and can no more give it up than her husband can quit plucking fish from the sea.
Relationship (Humble Fisherman)- Wu was given a fish by a hungry fisherman once upon a time, and "it was a wonderful start to their life together". They love each other deeply, but Wu is a natural-born fighter, and her husband is much more humble.
Motivation (Greed)- In the human world for the first time, Wu grows to like the money that comes from beating people up for profit.

Total: Abilities: 80 / Skills: 60--30 / Advantages: 38 / Powers: 20 / Defenses: 18 (186)

-Wu Ao-Shi gets a pretty cute, funny origin story in one of the background issues of "The Immortal Iron Fist". A fighty peasant girl adopted by Lei Kung the Thunderer, she is trained to become a supreme fighter whilst falling in love with a humble fisherman ("it was cute. Not cloying, but cute. They were a nice couple"), and becomes The Immortal Iron Fist by defeating Shou-Lao more quickly than anyone before her. Her husband leaves K'un-Lun immediately afterwards, disliking her violent, dangerous lifestyle, and she leaves to follow him ("Women are infuriating", says Yu-Ti, upon her announcement). Becoming a money-hungry mercenary, she finally meets her husband after he saves her from an evil Pirate Lord, and she wreaks a terrible vengeance, exterminating the Pirates of Pinghai Bay with her flaming Chi Arrows (setting fire to their boats one at a time). She and her husband make up, both realizing that the other is what they are, and cannot change, and it would be wrong to force them to. Alas, she is likely one of the victims of Zhou Cheng later on, but it was a nice story. She is said to be the last female Iron Fist.

-Wu Ao-Shi is an altogether excellent fighter and great Blaster, given that she lives in a world where the average PL of the opponent is MUCH lower. I think she would eventually lose to either Danny or Orson, given that Danny's Fist hits harder and Orson has guns instead of Arrows (which seem to do a lot more damage), but she's still extremely elite and dangerous.

Wu's is one of the nicer ending's in the entirety of that Immortal Iron Fist run.Sad she died(probably with her Husband, as Weng tended to be a Dick that way),but at least it was out-of book,so she might've survived.....

Complications:
Motivation (Guarding K'un-Lun)- Shou-Lao protects K'un-Lun when the Iron Fist is not present.
Vulnerable (Grapples)- Despite being REALLY hard to hurt, Shou-Lao can be slain by someone grappling it over it's Dragon Symbol, thus cutting off the flow of Chi from it's heart, which lies in the chamber behind the Gates outside the city of K'un-Lun. After four or five rounds of a Grapple, Shou-Lao will die, allowing the victor to plunge their hands into his heart.

Total: Abilities: 48 / Skills: 30--15 / Advantages: 9 / Powers: 57 / Defenses: 12 (141)

-Shou-Lao is a huge part of the Iron Fist Mythos, but for obvious reasons doesn't appear in that many comics- it IS the creature Danny killed to gain his power, after all. It's motivations have varied over the years, from being a generic Monster to a Powerful Guardian, but basically, sixty-five people have fought and killed the thing over the years to gain their powers. Recently, in Avengers (vs) X-Men, a young Shou-Lao aided Lei Kung & Hope Summers against a Phoenix-empowered Cyclops, but it faltered. Hope was able to funnel his Chi into letting her banish Cyclops to the Moon, however.

-Shou-Lao is pretty powerful, being a DRAGON and all- it really shows you the power of an Iron Fist that they can defeat a monster like this WITHOUT THEIR POWERS, even with his powerful weak point. I mean, most Fists are probably only PL 7-9 Unarmed Fighters at the time they first gain their powers, going up against a PL 10.5 giant monster with Fire Breath.
