I can commiserate

SW D20 game made a full character for the bad guy made him a decent shot and teras kasi expert.

one of my PCs a sniper and soldier corners him on a roof where the bad guy threatened him with a sound martial arts whipping, que epic boss battle

PC promptly pulls an indiana jones and kneecaps the poor schmuck ending the ""fight"" in one go

This is the trouble one has to deal with when it comes to collaborative storytelling games, sometimes things happen super out of left field. Hm, though, I should've come to expect this of Cheyenne more by now.
