None of them, actually. You're all honestly, in theory, right on track to take any of them.jmucchiello wrote: ↑Thu Apr 06, 2023 3:12 pmHold on. How many of those "clear paths" you have in mind rely on information you've given us more than 2 weeks ago real time? You can point out the clues that we've forgotten, perhaps. In a face-to-face game, this story line has taken up at most 2-3 sessions. And frankly, it's easier to take notes at a table because you don't have that "I can see it written down already" feeling.Doctor Malsyn wrote: ↑Thu Apr 06, 2023 4:23 am Hmm, figures. It's clear in my mind what things you can do, where the plot threads you can follow are, but I know the adventure on a meta level. I don't want to tell you where you can best go or what you can do. If you guys are stuck though, then it kinda falls on me to give you guys a push huh?
Seems I've bungled this one.

Suppose so.Flynnarrel wrote: ↑Thu Apr 06, 2023 5:35 pmNot bungled, just might have to be adjusted for a PbP format when playing with old fogeys with the memory spans of goldfish.
Investigations are harder even face-to-face.

Re: [OOC] The New Mythos
Can we get a recap of where we've been and what clues we found? And then I don't mind for Phillip spending a Hero Point to get inspiration or a clue - maybe one of his contacts calls him with insight or inspiration.Doctor Malsyn wrote: ↑Thu Apr 06, 2023 6:06 pmNone of them, actually. Which pretty much covered it. Gave Felix a Hero Point for his efforts.
Hmm... Alright. I've something in mind. I'm sorry that it's taken awhile to get things going here.

Gall bladders? Useless, had mine removed years ago.
Well, they probably have a use.
Alright though, take care of yourself.

Re: [OOC] The New Mythos
I was hoping Philip and Kira would be able to offer their own thoughts and insight, but this ended up being a Cheyenne and Felix scene. My apologies for that,again... Let's see if I can wrap this up so you can go do stuff.

Kira doesn't want the police to know she exists, even in just fox form. No matter how friendly or sympathetic the cop is.

Re: [OOC] The New Mythos
May Phillip use investigation or Perception to hide cameras? The idea is that Investigation is to look for clues and Perception finds hidden things. Phillip is using his own ability to spot things to make sure they are well hidden. (If allowed)

I'll allow you to give Foxy an assist, but I won't let those skills be used to do what SoH is specifically there for by themselves.

Of course, it was an amazing roll! Yet it can always get higher.
