While on the phone with Nolan, Cheyenne feels her phone vibrate as the image Felix provides is downloaded. The image she receives is frankly eye-roll-inducing, and would likely remind her too much of another geeky nerd she's acquainted with.

Philip, for his part, also notice his phone getting quite a bit of recent activity in the last few minutes. It seems like someone's trying to get his attention.

"Details like where and when would be helpful there." Phillip asks the old woman as he puts away the treatment after giving her a towel.

He peels off his gloves and can finally check his phone to see who's been trying to contact him.

"Two days back I reckon, he was on his harborside route st the time." She considered to herself.

On the phone, Philip sees the messages left behind by Felix asking about a sword and later Cheyenne's comments in response.

Phillip frowns as he reads the texts. He thanks the older lady and supplies her a prepackages ziplock with hygiene products, napkins, water, and granola bars. He'll give her his 'public' cell number and asks if she or anyone she knows sees or hears of this bladed do-gooder let him know.

I've been hearing of a big guy with a sword and armor for a few days now. Inhuman leaps. Stopping assaults and generally doing good. Might be related to your missing sword. Many old things were imbued with power when the world changed. Thanks for pic, I might know a guy.

he types on the group text. He considers for a moment, then adds.

Paying case? Fine if not, but my street clinic recently had medical supplies stolen.

He'll then text the pic to a history fan he knew.

Hurley, does this sword look familiar? Is there a story behind it? Legends? Powers? History? Anything could be helpful. Phillip thought a moment then added: If your 14th lvl Paladin found it, would she wield it?
Nothing would ensure a response quicker than giving Hurley an excuse to talk about their character.

Phillip frowned at the lack of proper sentences endemic of the texting culture today. This is how language died.

Did the blade wound Phillip treated seem like it could be from a two-handed sword?

When did guy hunt demons w/it?
At the local what? I hear it's gone missing. Can you keep an ear out where ever you'd check to buy a hot sword?

Thinking on it, Philip believes the wound could've been from such a blade.

Felix looked at Phillip's response and shrugs.

Felix> I was pretty sure nobody was going to bite, I didn't want to get his hopes up so I didn't ask if he was paying.

Sword was owned by a 16th Century German Demon Hunter. Don't have a name. I think it's in the hands of that new crime fighter I mentioned. Phillip texts on the group chat. Maybe they have better records at the museum? Is it the curators that asked us to look into it?

Cheyenne
HP: 2; Condition: Huntress
"Cheyenne," The could-be-could-not-be-a-dwarf's voice answered back. "Heard you were asking around about some lunatic waving around a sword. Just got a reported sighting almost five minutes ago. A woman claims she saw a man getting attacked by such an individual, though there's no evidence to support her. Report's going to end up falling through on our end, but maybe you can run with it where we can't."
She listened and her eyes narrowed a bit this was becoming too much to be a coincidence. [color=#BF0000["Yeah I am. Casually at the moment but this is sounding like something bigger. May want to tell the bosses to dig a bit deeper. I'll keep looking on my end. "[/color]

She nearly face palmed as she thought about Ginny her friend from Comicon who loved cosplay and all things nerd and dork and geek, This was right up her alley. Maybe shed reachout later see if Gin knew anything she liked to do her research on her cosplay projects maybe they'd get lucky.

She gathered her things got dressed in her work gear scratched her large black cat between the ears as she left then exited and made for the museum. when you wanted to talk about antiques talk to a history major.

Felix snorts.

Felix> Well that's the problem. The guy who wants us to find the sword borrowed it from the museum before it could be checked in, or verified, or researched.
Felix> Then he lost it while at a party.
Felix> He's hoping we can find it before they find out.
Felix> And he gets fired.

She is but first shes thinking learn about the sword first. vigilante maybe hunter doesnt quite ring warning bells for her given her own troublemaking but shell be hunting them down to give the "talk" to them soon enough :D

Besides given the info so far even a basic detective can tell theres some possible crossover ;)

She feels silly texting standing next to Felix but Kira texts:
Kira> Where were these sightings of the person with the sword?
Kira> I might be able to get a feel for them if I go to the sites.

GM:Funny you mention that.

As Philip makes sure his supplies are in order for future patients, a heavy thud rings down from his roof along with flecks of plaster and dust.
