Amy would be just looking for the usual wild foodstuffs you might find in such places. In the US, it is a thing in certain circumstances. In Germany, I'm not sure, so I asked in case. But Amy would have had that squared away as a pokemon trainer in any case.

Lilly stands from the lunch table, grabs her stuff from where it has been propped against her chair, and takes it up to her room, then ventures out into Neustadt-Titisee...

Unlike Amy she does not act like a tourist, but instead skulks about the place, doing her best not to be seen and shamelessly listening in to conversations everywhere she goes.

Every now and again she ducks into a quiet alley or corner, or discretely teleports up onto a rooftop, and tunes her hearing to listen in even on any areas of the town that might otherwise be soundproof, in case there is anything going on them she should be aware of...

Most of what she hears is typical touristy talk. Somewhere, a houseplant is complaining about getting too much water. One of the big trucks going through main street apparently has an awakened spirit and is humming along with Iron Maiden's " Fear of the Dark" blaring from his driver's radio.
A cat is teaching one of her kittens to hunt (one of the lesser known facts about cats is that " playing" with their food is actually meant to disorient and stun it to keep from getting bitten by a cornered rat or mouse. It has little to do with cruelty).
As Lilly ports to a rooftop, a flock of sparrows fly up, clearly startled. " Watch it, big oaf!" one of them chirps at her.
However, there are is one more interesting thing she notices.

There is a somewhat dishevelled man, dirty and apparently homeless, shuffling along. People do avoid him, but it is interesting that, when a woman with a dog - a schnauzer - walks by, the dog growls and begins to bark, the sounds translating to " WOLF! WOLF! WOLF!"
Of course, the owner does not understand and just drags the dog along.

With her senses, Amy notices much the same things, but there is also something else. There is a man sitting outside a pizza restaurant near main street. He is dressed immaculately, with a short but full beard, longer dark hair braided into a ponytail and a burly figure. And to her, his entire outline just radiates almost pure darkside energy. Not in the way a sith does, but in the way she has seen other individuals in possession of dark power since the Merge...

Amy steered away from the darksider, figuring she didn't want to get into any sort of business good or probably very bad with that character and made a note of him to tell Viv later. Right now, he wasn't doing anything, but.... Darksiders of any sort were always either doing something or planning to do something later in her experience. They couldn't help it. It was kinda how they operated. Along with the obligatory backstabbing of course. Another good reason not to get involved in any way with that guy. She thought to herself.

She also made note of the wolf, he also was just minding his own business. As far as the awakened spirit, it was just another aspect of the Merge, things turning into a kami or housing one were becoming more and more common. She shrugged. As long as it wasn't hurting anything, she wouldn't bother it either. Live and let live. As far as the darksider was concerned, she figured, the 'don't poke the Stufful' was a good policy to follow.

Sword: Its fluffy fur is a delight to pet, but carelessly reaching out to touch this Pokémon could result in painful retaliation.
Shield: The way it protects itself by flailing its arms may be an adorable sight, but stay well away. This is flailing that can snap thick tree trunks.

Adeleth goes for a walk about the town. She leans into her years of second story robbery to basically "case" the various buildings in town. If she were going to rob them what does she learn about their security. What she is looking to find is a building that is out of place because it has higher security than the typical buildings in town and based on the type of building. There should be better security at the bank, she expects. But is there any other building where security exceeds the banks and also where the security is better hidden.

Viv simply spent the available time wandering around town, playing the part of a normal tourist.

Or so it would seem, at least, to anyone who was watching her- if, in fact, they were watching her at all, since between leaving the restaurant and hitting the streets, she looked very little like the woman who had been dining mere moments before... By the magic of her Spy's Ring, she had entirely changed her clothing to that of a moderately well-off outdoorsy tourist, and changed both her hair color and her complexion (lightening both)...

Thus modestly obscured rather than fully disguised, she wandered the streets in a tourist-y fashion. But she asked the right questions of the right people, and both saw and heard far more than a simple tourist would. By the time she returned to the hotel, she would have gathered far more information than one might believe possible.

>OOC: Viv is going to employ the Gather Information function of the Investigate skill, spending at least an hour to "get a feel for the major news and rumors in an area"- in this case, she is focusing on unusual events and rumors, especially anything wolf-moot related... She has Skill Mastery for Investigation and maxed PL 6 Investigation of +16, which should give her the full range of available information (up to "Protected", but she will not push into the dangerous range- yet).

Most buildings in town do not have significant security, save for a bank. Most buildings are also simply residences, with most businesses clustered around main street. However, there is one building not too far away from the train station where the few people sitting close by on benches are a little too inconspicuous. They all look human, but there is something very subtly off.

Viv

Among the rumors she picks up are:

1.There is a sea monster somewhere in the Titisee. Some kind of mixture between a crocodile and a serpent.
2. Last week, three hikers went missing near Friedenweiler (a small village maybe 3-4 miles east of Neustadt), but no one can name any specifics
3. Someone found a large bone with weird writing on it in the Wutachschlucht (Wutach vale, the Wutach being a small but occasionally fierce river). Rumor has it that it's a dragon bone
4. Wolf sightings in the area have increased and at least six people have apparently seen a really large wolf - possibly a dire animal
5. Three days ago, someone spotted a giant bathing in the Schuchsee to the south. Rumors of giant sightings are a very common thing these days but if there are giants in the Black Forest, they are very stealthy, unlike the few in the Alps.
6. A friend of a friend of someone got severely beaten up in the forest by what they say was a moving tree. But they weren't drunk, scout's honor...

Adeleth makes note of the building's address and slips away. As she turns a corner, she waits in a doorway presumably talking on a cell phone to see if anyone was following her.

Adeleth lets the "tourist" go by and observes his reaction to her disappearing. She will step into whatever building she is standing in front of if he turns, even if that means stepping through a wall.

Stealth: 1D20+15 = [3]+15 = 18 Guess there isn't anywhere to hide here.

Lilly follows the likely wolf-man for a while, mostly from the rooftops and other places that would be out of sight to almost everyone, trying to get an idea of what he is doing. If she can discretely take a photo of him with her phone then she does that too.

The man looks around, not really acknowledging whether or not he has seen her. After a few more steps, he frowns and turns around, returning to his original spot on a bench.

Lilly:
The man does not seem to notice her, moving along a a slow pace. However, she notices that, despite his appearance of just shuffling along, he is eyeing his surroundings warily, only Lilly's preternatural abilities preventing him from seeing her.
