Roberta returned to the stage soon after one of the organizers brought her a small folding table just as the Horsemen had their plan set. The crowd, except for the Horsemen and Mikes thrall, in hushed whispers could barely contain thier anticipation. They had come for a march, but now were on the verge of a historic moment. Few knew it was a peace accord, but all knew history was about to be made. Roberta started reaching into her brief case between the two men at the table likely to fish out the document.
I'll give y'all a chance to start anything if you want, otherwise she'll keep getting the stuff out.

Kaito looks at her necklace seeing if it matched the one in their vision and if he had any sense of power from it.

After Mike had indicated he had done all that he intended to do in preparation for the chaos they wanted to inspire, Garald moved out of the crowd and behind a tree to block line of sight between him and those around him. In a sudden burst of speed and rushed from one piece of cover to the next, working his way camera to camera. At each watch post he covered the lenses of the devices with ample duck tape before moving onto the next. When he had finished Garald swung around the rally and maneuvered into position near Kaito. He remained hidden, endeavoring to conceal himself and act as a surprise in the event he needed to step in.

"Cameras are taken care of. Vincent, time for the explosion. Mike, do your thing. Kaito, once the bomb goes off grab Roberta and go."

After taking care of the cameras he will move into a position where he can easily support Kaito or intercept people trying to impede his attempt to grab Roberta. Though he will remain hidden.

"It's your time to shine." Mike's voice whispered in the back of his vicim's mind.

He was positioned in the best spot to encourage which direction their target should be fleeing. A prod came to the authorities closest to her as well, commanded to shepard her in the right direction for 'safety'. Everyone else was primed to only exacerbate the chaos to come.

Mike himself stsrted to move out of the crowd, using the path those soon fleeing were about to take.

Thinking back, the necklace of the dove matches what they saw her wear before. In terms of the vision of the door, it is a close match if the door symbol was taken out, put into a 3d mold, and shaped a little for a necklace. AS best Kaito can tell, it is a regular necklace.
I am going to give one more day for whatever Vincent is going to power stunt or do.

The unwitting pawn who came to the rally for the march to resist violence became something other than what he ever was thanks to Mike. As the youth made his way to the predefined location, an explosive vest appeared on him and chaos ensued. The immediate impact was a dozen dead or wounded around his exploded corpse. Afterwards, the men who were to usher Roberta out turn their heads to the ready. On the stage, in a strange show of friendliness, the two men who had been such enemies during previous peace negotiations went out of their way to help other. Predictably, the crowd went into a panic in an attempt to flee and the tinder box was lit.
Initiative time. Vincent will go last if epiceclipse does not getting a roll up in a day or two. If epiceclipse still hasn't posted, it will be assumed Vincent is occupied with the crowds.

The explosion was Kaito's cue. It was time to get gassy! He really needed a better catchphrase.

The bomb went off. Garald reflexively turned away and raised an arm to shield himself. Years of mortal frailties and the conditioning that went into self preservation grill the duck and cover process into him. Even though he had changed, become more resilient, the changes were still new. It took him a moment to gather himself again and refocus. People were already running and screaming. Security personnel poised to act on behalf of their ward. The Russian caught a glimpse of the two old enemies reaching to help one another. That felt wrong ...

Catastrophe

As the explosion rocks the gathering Kaito, in the rear of his van becomes gaseous. He pours down through the rust-pitted floor and into a stormdrain nearby, he should be unnoticed given that he parked so close to the curb-side drain, using the underground route not usually accessible to almost any he emerges from a second stormdrain in the park then soars into the air a hundred or so feet above the stage.

A roughly 4-6 foot sphere of amorphous inky cloud hovers only briefly before a tendril of the cloud lashes down and grabs for Rebecca's torso to lift her up for envelopment by the black-ish purple gas seething with angry red jolts.

Flight 8 should get me to 120 ft above the stage, even going through small pipes and such. - Move action
Elongated Close Move object Grab attack. - Standard action
if successful, retract arm to lift her 120 ft into the air. - Free action
As usual, in this weird body, Kaito's vision is 360 degrees, extended, and can track heat signatures as well as unaffected by dark.

As Catastrophe tries to reach out with his empowered form to grab Roberta, he feels a barrier that can't be seen. It is similar to water hitting a clear surface it didn't know was there. There isn't any feedback, but he instinctively knows he won't have any chance of touching her in his current form.

Following orders they don't know they were given, the soldiers and police start clearing a path and playing crowd control to make way for people to usher Roberta off the stage. Some look primed to fire on the crowd, but haven't fired yet. It would take just a whisper and there would be a repeat of the bridge scene except the crowd would be littered with automatic fire.

In the crowd, a man in a jean jacket with a hood can be seen going against the flow straight at Roberta. Height wise and roughly build wise he fits the bill as the good Samaritan on the bridge. It's though to tell though as he fits in with everyone else attire wise. Given what you know of his powers, he could easily fly above the crowd, but he's either not the good samaritan or trying to hide his powers for now. Based on his progress he will quickly be at Robertas position though.

Also amongst the crowd, a man wearing a Ferrari jacket, sun glasses, and slacks is seen moving his hand. While nothing comes out, soon after a large tree has a small bubble form around it and land near Roberta and the two negotiators completing a protective area around them.

Through it all, people fleeing are bringing out their phones and capturing videos as they flee.
Catastrophe gets a HP for being the first one to realize she is immune to powers working directly on her. This does not extend to enhancements such as enhanced strength or persuasion, only damage or effects fully supernatural. Her field also does not extend to items around her.
