Complications
- Destiny: It is Harald's destiny to be the one who ultimately vanquishes the self-proclaimed "Dark Lord Voldemort."
- Honor: Harald will always keep his word once he has given it to someone, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in his dealings.
- Impulsive: Once someone questions Harald's courage, he'll never back down no matter how dangerous the situation turns out to be.
- Motivation: Protector: Harald is highly motivated to use his powers to protect others. He willingly puts himself at risk to defend innocents and those he cares about.
- Nemesis: Albus Dumbledore wishes to find Harald so that he can sculpt the boy into a sacrificial lamb that can be thrown at Voldemort in hopes that his death will act as catalyst allowing for the old goat to swoop in and defeat said Dark Lord once and for all. Defeat, but certainly not vanquish.
- Relationships: Harald is the son of Lady Sif Týsdóttir and Prince Loki Óðinsson, who were each previously known to mortals as Lily and James Potter. Of course, his parents didn't know the one another's true identity at the time of his birth, and aren't very happy with the fact now that they do know, which has led to Harald spending more time with his mother than he does with his father.
- Significant Other: Harald is romantically involved with Princess Aldrif Óðinsdóttir, even though she is technically his paternal aunt. This relationship was permitted by the Allfather simply due to his knowledge that Loki was adopted.

Paint It Black
Premise: Early on in her marriage, Lily Potter was kidnapped by the Cult of Skath and used in a ritual that caused her to be impregnated by Trigon the Terrible. How would the story of the Justice League and Teen Titans change if Harry Potter was actually Raven’s elder brother?
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must be one of Trigon’s many children, though the means of his conception will be left up to the author’s discretion.
- Furthermore, Harry must be at least two years older than Raven is, meaning that instead of being Trigon’s eldest child, Raven is instead his eldest daughter.
- Harry’s human form must possess at least one demonic trait, such as ashen skin, a second pair of eyes, a single set of eyes with slit pupils, or small horns.
- Harry must have a way to conceal his demonic traits around people who are unaware of his heritage unless those traits can be passed off as a minor Creature Inheritance.
- Harry must possess a degree of enhanced strength, durability, agility and intelligence, as befits one of the children of an Archdemon.
- Harry must start off as a solo hero before eventually joining the Justice League after the events of the Imperium Invasion in Secret Origins Parts I to III.
- Trigon must, at some point, attempt to use Harry as a gateway through which he can enter the world, and in doing so, alert our hero to the existence of his younger half-sister.
- As a result of that battle, Harry must track Raven down and take her under his wing, as both the girl’s guardian and her heroic mentor (which is something she lacks in DC Canon).
- Harry must be willing to use his Empathy to completely fry the brains of any criminals or supervillains that have proven themselves to be utterly irredeemable, such as the Joker.
- Harry’s primary romantic pairing must be one of the following: Wonder Woman, Zatanna, Hawkgirl, or Black Canary. Although, he is allowed to have a harem.
Preferred Inclusions:
- This story should include some of the events from either the DC Animated Movies or the video game, Injustice: Gods Among Us (which has now been incorporated into the DCAMU).
- Harry should select the name of a bird as his heroic code name as a show of familial unity after he has been introduced to his younger sister.
- Harry should drop out of Hogwarts after getting his OWL results so that he can both pursue a career as a superhero and look after his younger sister.
- Certain characters, particularly Albus Dumbledore, Ron, Molly & Ginny Weasley, Severus Snape and Minister Fudge should be portrayed in a particularly negative light.
Optional Inclusions:
- This story could also make use of the Justice League animated television series and the Teen Titans animated television series, though definitely not Teen Titans Go!
- Harry’s control over his empathic powers could be just a bit worse than Raven’s is, due in no small part to the crap he went through at the hands of Severus Snape and Voldemort.

- Harry being involved in a male-slash pairing.
- Harry the malevolent emo doormat.

Complications
- Accidents: Harry sometimes has difficulties controlling his Empathic abilities, which means that there will be occasions where his powers influence the people in his surroundings in wild and unpredictable ways. It is up to the GM to decide when these situations occur, and how people react to his empathic outbursts.
- Enemies: Despite their relationship, Harry considers his true father, Trigon the Terrible, to be his worst enemy. Furthermore, Trigon has absolutely no problem with destroying both Harry and everything he cares about if it means he can gain access to the mortal world. Also, another of Harry's worst enemies is the Dark Lord Voldemort, who will not rest until he has succeeded in killing Harry and everyone he holds dear.
- Honor: Harry will always keep his word once he has given it to someone, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in his dealings.
- Motivation: Protector: Harry is highly motivated to use his powers to protect others. He willingly puts himself at risk to defend innocents and those he cares about.

The Arcanist Brainstorm & Notes

The Arcanist
Premise: Having survived the complete eradication of his original universe, the Master of Death known as Harry Potter suddenly finds himself living in a new universe where he is heralded as an Elder of the Universe, and where he eventually meets and falls in love with multiple incarnations of a beautiful Cosmic Firebird.
Required Inclusions:
- This story must involve a Harry Potter who is actually the Master of Death, which means that he possesses the same level of immortality as the other Elders of the Universe.
- In addition to immortality, Harry must possess the ability to use the Power Primordial, much like any other Elder, with his particular domain being called Arcana Primordia.
- Harry must be on par with a Sorcerer Supreme in terms of his magical prowess, but only up to par with Natasha Romanoff or Bucky Barnes in terms of his physical prowess.
- Harry must meet and fall in love with several of the Phoenix Force’s avatars during his time living in the reality he was shunted into after the destruction of his original universe.
- Harry must eventually move into the area near to the X-Mansion, and meet the X-Men, whereupon he discovers that Jean Grey is the newest incarnation of the Phoenix Force.
- Due to his past history with the Entity, Harry must have an incredibly easy time attracting Jean’s attention away from the young men who surround her.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry’s primary romantic pairing for this story should be Jean Grey, with the possible addition of Emma Frost later down the line. Anyone else would need Jean and Emma’s approval.
- Harry should become involved in several of the adventures surrounding the X-Men, with his powers becoming a deciding factor in whether they win or lose against any given opponent.
- This story should be set within the world of X-Men Evolution, with Harry being noticeably older than Jean and Emma, who could both be about the same age in this story.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could take control of Asteroid M after defeating Magneto and banishing him from the planetoid, much like his counterpart did in A Third Path to the Future by Vimenthusiast.
- Emma could still have brown hair in this story, since she’ll be younger than in the comics.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry having a pleasant relationship with Thanos.
- Harry being involved in a male-slash pairing.

Black Knight Brainstorm & Notes

Black Knight
Premise: Just as Selene Gallio was despairing of ever finding someone to aid her in removing Sebastian Shaw from his position within the Hellfire Club, she found what seemed to be the perfect Diamond in the Rough. Harry Potter was handsome, young, somewhat influenceable, and oh so powerful! The last thing she ever expected was to fall in love with her young Knight…
Required Inclusions:
- After the final defeat of Voldemort, Harry Potter must at least try to use his influence in order to modernize wizarding society, only to be stymied at every turn.
- After trying, and failing, for years, Harry’s closest friends must convince him to take a sabbatical, during which time he will encounter the beautiful and mysterious Selene Gallio.
- While Selene is truly fascinating for Harry, he did grow up and is no longer a clueless teenager, so he must avoid falling prey to her womanly wiles.
- Both Selene and Harry must enjoy the thrill of the hunt, so to speak, and agree to multiple recurring dates. The question will now be, “who will seduce who?”
- What no one realizes just yet, is that Harry is no longer a simple wizard. The Deathly Hallows were created by the Fair Folk, and have transformed Harry into a Faekin Hybrid.
- Harry’s strange new powers must initially be mistaken for a mutation, which makes sense given that Faekin Hybrids are often considered to be Mutants in Marvel Canon.
- Harry must eventually discover that he has inherited a position in the London Branch of the Hellfire Club, and seeing an opportunity, Selene must offer to endorse his membership therein.
- Harry must eventually rise through the ranks of the Hellfire Club until he becomes the Black Knight of the Club’s Inner Circle, with Selene holding the title of Black Queen.
- Selene must eventually get caught up in her own game and discover that she has genuinely fallen in love with Harry, with Harry himself having already come to love the woman in return.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should eventually garner the romantic attention of other women who are thought of as being akin to goddesses, or who are actual deities, but whether it goes anywhere is optional.
- Harry should have the ability to project blades made out of hardened light, and become a skilled swordsman using said energy weapons.
- Selene’s ability to bear children should have been heavily impaired by her near constant use of her psychic vampirism, prompting her to stop using that power so she can give Harry a family.
- Harry’s sudden appearance among Great Britain’s social elite, and his lack of a paper trail past his eleventh birthday should make him a person of interest for S.H.I.E.L.D.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could gain a lot of points among the residents of Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters by not reacting in a negative way to those mutants with drastic appearance altering mutations.
- One reason Harry is trying to modernize wizarding society is due the Statute of Secrecy is in danger due to wizarding ignorance about the large number of CCTV cameras in public areas.

- Harry romancing Jean Grey, since she looks like his mum.
- Harry being victimized by Selene’s vampiric powers.
- Harry being in a relationship when the story begins.
- Harry reacting well to particularly nosy telepaths.

- Limited Power: Selene is actually much more powerful than she appears to, but in order to tap into her full abilities, she must make use of her Psychic Vampirism (Not included on this stat block) in order to mitigate the degenerative properties of her magical prowess. Unfortunately, this comes at the cost of her ability to have children, which is something she isn't currently willing to sacrifice, and in turn means she is operating at a lower level of power than she usually works with.
- Motivation: Greed: Not only does Selene wish to be worshiped as a goddess, but she actually wants to undergo a full scale apotheosis so that she can legitimately claim to be a goddess!
- Power Loss: Selene can't use her Flash Step power more often than once every 60 seconds (or once every 10 combat rounds).
- Significant Other: Selene is romantically involved with a young man by the name of Harry Potter, who she has gone so far as to endorse for membership within the Hellfire Club.

Path of Ascendance Brainstorm & Notes

Path of Ascendance
Premise: Albus Dumbledore had prepared for every possible contingency to keep young Harry safe from harm, or so he had assumed. What he could not have imagined, was that an extradimensional entity would be waiting in the shadows of Privet Drive on the night he left the boy on the Dursley family’s front stoop, or that this entity would abscond with the boy.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must prefer to incapacitate his enemies, since killing them will mean he has no one to govern once he has secured his claim on the world of mortals.
- The being that takes Harry away from Privet Drive must be one of the New Gods of the world known as Apokolips, and said deity must present Harry before their Liege Lord, Darkseid.
- Darkseid must decide to adopt Harry as his son, which will extend certain protections onto the boy that prevent him from being “rescued” by Albus Dumbledore’s pet Phoenix.
- Harry must be romantically paired with a female character, though plural pairings are permissible, and even encouraged, for the purposes of this storyline.
- Harry must utilize the powers he acquires on Apokolips once he arrives on Earth, even if that means he will draw unwanted attention from heroic groups like the Justice League.
- Harry’s strength and abilities must unnerve, annoy and even frighten the denizens of wizarding society, though some of them will be attracted to his newly awakened divine aura.
- At some point, Harry must “offer” training to another character that will transform them into one of his personal Female Furies, though who this character is will be up to the author.
Preferred Inclusions:
- If Harry has a weapon, then he should be able to disguise it as something innocuous when he isn’t actively employing it in battle.
- After arriving on Earth, Harry should claim the title of Lord Potter and use that position to his advantage, with one of his actions being to free Sirius from the Ministry’s Kiss on Sight order.
- Harry should make a formal alliance with neutral and light Houses that have proven to be loyal to him before making any political waves in the Wizengamot.
Optional Inclusions:
- This fic could include a partial crossover with Marvel Comics to allow for additional characters.
- Harry could end up “rescuing” both Mary Batson and Kara Zor-El from his adoptive father, though whether he liberates them from their mind control is up to the author.

Complications
- Destiny: It is Herkus' destiny to be the one who ultimately vanquishes the self-proclaimed "Dark Lord Voldemort."
- Honor: Herkus will always try to spare the weak or innocent, since even the gods of Apokolips practice the ideals of Noblesse Oblige.
- Motivation: Idealism: Much like other New Gods, Herkus relates everything in the grand scheme of the cosmos to the battle between Life and Anti-Life, with his chosen side being the latter aspect.

Complications
- Bane: Kara is just as vulnerable to magic as anyone else, and does not benefit from her Superior Toughness power against such attacks.
- Indecisive: Kara's mind wanders more and more as the day progresses, which can cause her to hesitate in battle, which means she must succeed on a DC 18 Will Resistance check or suffer a -4 penalty on her Initiative rolls for any given combat encounter.
- Motivation: Dreamer: Kara tends to conjure the grandest of plans, though they rarely ever come to fruition.
- Power Loss: Kara loses access to her superhuman powers under the light of a red sun like that of Krypton (or when otherwise cut off from solar energy for a long period of time) and her Strength and Stamina drop to 0 in such circumstances.
- Quirk: Kara is not afraid to call out those with greater power than herself, particularly if they are her idealistic cousin, Kal-El!
- Significant Other: Kara is romantically involved with Prince Herkus, and has also been assigned to lead the group of Female Furies that have been given the task of keeping the young Prince safe while he is managing his affairs on Earth.
- Weakness: The radioactive remains of Krypton will sap Kara of her Strength and powers, leaving her first Impaired, then Disabled and eventually Debilitated in terms of her Strength and Power Effects. Long-term exposure (usually only a matter of minutes, or less for large enough quantities of Kryptonite) impose the Dying condition and may lead to Kara's premature death. Please note that this is in reference to Green Kryptonite, other colors have different effects on her physiology.

The Metal Will Live On
Premise: What if everything we knew about Harry Potter had been, well not a lie, but certainly not the entire truth either? What if instead of being the son of James Potter, he had been the son of a Rasputin? What if now, after several long years he has finally awakened his dormant mutation? Well, that is what we shall find out.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must be the son of Piotr Rasputin, better known as Colossus of the X-Men, which will be made possible by way of a temporal anomaly created by Magik’s Stepping Discs.
- Colossus must be unaware of Harry’s existence until such time as our young hero’s mutation activates and he is discovered by Cerebro.
- Harry must be limited to his magic, a primary mutation, as well as a possible secondary mutation; anything beyond that must be “Stunts” that are based on his three core powers.
- Harry’s mutation must manifest after he has completed his second year of attendance at Hogwarts, but due to the nature of the mutation it might be better if it is even later than that.
- Piotr must properly welcome Harry into the Rasputin family after meeting the boy and become the father that Harry has always wanted, even if there isn’t much of an age gap between them.
- Wizarding society must either be unaware of the existence of mutants, or else consider them to be a “problem” for muggles to sort out.
- Harry must be the only mutant in attendance at Hogwarts, unless it is decided that wizarding magic is itself a form of mutation, which it could very well be.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Instead of having Harry be the result of a drunken one-night stand, it could be the case that James and Lily were in an on-again, off-again relationship after graduating from Hogwarts.
- Harry’s primary mutation should be similar to his father’s, with any secondary mutation being entirely up to the author’s preferences.
- Harry’s primary romantic pairing should be either Fleur, Daphne, Rogue or any of the Stepford Cuckoos. However, other girls are allowed if they get the primary girl’s approval.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry’s transformation could turn him into Organic Mithral, instead of Organic Osmium Steel.
- Harry could have a thing for girls who have mutations that make romantic relationships particularly difficult, such as Rogue, Mercury, and Magma.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry being tutored by Agatha Harkness or Stephen Strange.
- Harry having access to a “Power Absorption” ability.
- Harry being involved in a male-slash pairing.
- Harry the malevolent emo doormat.
