"Right, got it," Deborah says as she sifts some more.

She had not even realized she was describing what she saw out loud. It was so disturbing she wondered what else she might find in this man's mind. Does he know how much time before what he saw might happen? Does he remember predicting events that have already happened? Who is his boss? Where does he work? What passwords does he know? Who else is being watched by other teams? When does he report to his superior? Is he sanctioned by his boss or rogue? Is there someone he would ask out if he didn't think it was affect his job? Does he have any family in the area? They are watching Albert (and others now). Are they also a hit squad "just in case"? Do the teams know this (other than the assassin(s) on the team)?

Any other significant locations or events he knows about? Secret black sites for example...

OOC: And he has definitely been photographed!

Purely out of interest, is one of the police officers being incinerated in his vision Helen Palladino?

//No, Paladino is not among those who got fried.

Does he know how much time before what he saw might happen?

No, sadly. It's always in the future, but he hasn't found out yet when things will happen.

Does he remember predicting events that have already happened?

Oh yes. Harold snapping and burning these two people.
The Russian invasion of the Ukraine and the subsequent disappearance of all the invading troops
A house fire in Baltimore two weeks ago that killed six people
A shooting in Minnesota
The attack on the FBI

And various smaller incidents.

Who is his boss?

He answers directly to the head of the NSA, Paul M. Nakasone

Where does he work?

Usually, he is travelling around to various military installations, but nominally, he has his office at the Buckley Air Force Base.

What passwords does he know?

LOTS. Sifting through all of them would take hours. Anything in particular you are looking for?

Who else is being watched by other teams?

There are three other Sunstormers besides Albert.

Evelyn Carr, a woman with the ability to absorb any matter that she touches, allowing her to eradicate mass of about 1 cubic foot by touch.

Edward and Leon Konczinski, twins that have become telepathic and have effectively melded into one person with two bodies, also able to enclose other people into their " hive mind"

Joanna Spencer, a teenager who has the unnerving power to create a field around herself that turns the area within up to 200 feet around her into a nightmarish version of itself, something along the lines of " If Tim Burton's and Lovecraft's minds had a baby". This change is very real to all those who find themselves inside that area and she has, unbeknownst to others, already killed with it once.

When does he report to his superior?

Every three days.

Is he sanctioned by his boss or rogue?

He is sanctioned though he's had to lobby for that for weeks.

Is there someone he would ask out if he didn't think it was affect his job?

He does have a thing for someone named Jake, a bartender near his workplace.
Also, he is a bit infatued with Matthew McConaughey.

Does he have any family in the area?

Not near Chicago, no. His parents are still alive and in a very good retirement home. He visits them once a month, at the least, more, if his schedule allows it. They are still quite close and he loves his parents dearly.

They are watching Albert (and others now). Are they also a hit squad "just in case"? Do the teams know this (other than the assassin(s) on the team)?

Yes, they are also a hit squad and they all know it. To his credit, McMillan is not comfortable with that part of the whole deal, but he fears it might become necessary. Still assassinating an innocent does not sit right with him.

Is there anything Sunstormer-related at any of these places? Thinking of what Lawsrcribe knows in particular (assuming it's canon) but anything else of interest too...

The ones he thinks let him into the most sensitive information to start with I'd suggest. And of those ones that can be accessed remotely for preference...

Where are they located? I'd guess not all in Chicago?

Not really. As a liaison between the military and the NSA, there are numerous briefings, coordination efforts etc. in order to facilitate smooth interactions between the various branches of the military and intelligence. And he enjoys travelling.

He has a couple of passwords allowing him access to files regarding secret military operations and programs, much like the enhancement studies and efforts...also, he has access to a detailed map listing the various secret military installations across the US and some abroad.

Nope. The twins are in Atlanta and Evelyn Carr lives in West Virginia.

Joanna Spencer, however, is in Chicago.

More importantly, what calamity does he foresee for these other four (three?)?

Are his visions all Sunstormer-related? Or does he get ones purely to do with normal humans too?

Are there any geographical limits to his visions? You mentioned the invasion of Ukraine, so I'd guess not?

Has he had any interactions with anyone who might match Nemesis?

If Deborah can pull out the access passwords etc. for anything Sunstormer related that would probably be good.

And maybe anything he feels is particularly immoral? He seems to have a bit of a moral compass after all...

More importantly, what calamity does he foresee for these other four (three?)?

In his vision regarding her, Evelyn Carr is struggling against a group of people, apparently part of some sort of riot or mass panic. And she, too, appears to be in a state of terror....reaching out and reflexively activating her power, people dropping left and right with gaping, bloody holes in their bodies...

The twins he sees amidst a group of people on the street, all moving in perfect sync. There seems to be no outward danger to anyone else but it's obvious the image chilled McMillan deeply.

Finally, Joanna Spencer confronting a group of people attending a funeral. Her eyes are blazing with mad fury as her power activates...trees blacken and twist, the grass turns a bone-white grey, the gravestones are suddenly displaying mocking or cruel slogans...and the earth bursts as pale, shrieking, tumorous dead pour out, tearing into the attendees...

Are his visions all Sunstormer-related? Or does he get ones purely to do with normal humans too?

Things like the shooting or the fire don't have any Sunstormer involvement. He appears to foresee larger and smaller catastrophes and accidents exclusively, but the visions are all over the place.

Are there any geographical limits to his visions? You mentioned the invasion of Ukraine, so I'd guess not?

Nope. One of his shorter visions was about a bull shark attack near Canberra, Australia.

Has he had any interactions with anyone who might match Nemesis?

Nope. Never.

If Deborah can pull out the access passwords etc. for anything Sunstormer related that would probably be good.

No problem. Mostly secure files detailing plans and ideas how to deal with the Sunstormer " problem".

And maybe anything he feels is particularly immoral? He seems to have a bit of a moral compass after all...

Well, there are also proposed " solutions" in case the " problem" becomes too hard to manage. It's got something to do with camps. And kill squads. The mere idea that these kinds of ideas might be put into action terrifies him.
That's also how he'd most likely justify maybe killing Albert. Better take out one who might become problematic than all of them.

Well, he is one of "them" so...

Note, Deborah does not look for or bring to the surface any thoughts of Khemis or the rest of them. She does not want his looking back on these moments and wondering why he was thinking about us.

Deborah really isn't interested in passwords since breaking into NSA accounts can be 20+ years in prison for espionage. She does not focus on that at all regardless of what Khemis says.

"I understand your reluctance," Khemis tells Deborah. "But if we want to be able to stop them acting illegally, even if just by turning public opinion against them, we need evidence. Unless we're just going to be 'coincidentally' turning up at places of interest and interfering? Which might also get us in trouble..."

"This is real," Deborah says. "I want nothing to do with espionage charges because someone hacked into an NSA computer."

((OOC: Also looking for any other meetings on this guys' schedule that he considers important.))

Sunny has been taking notes furiously. He had prepared pens and notepads so they could discuss without speaking, but now they served to record the trove of information the three of them had unwittingly uncovered. Everything Deborah learns, she has been transmitting directly into his mind. It's a surreal experience only mitigated by the speed at which his mind is at work, taking in the full stream of information Deborah takes from Timothy McMillan's mind and has been putting into Sunny's.

His mind operates at super-speed, as his hand practically blur across the pages of his notepad(s), moving at the limit his pen can withstand without breaking while still leaving ink where he wants it. It's a testament to his practice over the last month and his muscle-control that he's not ripping through the paper with the speed the pen moves at. When the pen runs out of ink, he swaps it out without missing a step. Words are transcribed, images sketched rapidly, ideas linked together by a web of analysis collected and organized by a mind operating at superhuman speed.

When Khemis and Deborah start to discuss pushing further and obtaining secrets that would get them put into front of a judicial committee if they were found out, Sunny paused, thinking. Flipping to a new page, he passed a message to Deborah and Khemis: ">>NSA passwords are worthless without the hardware access keys. You can't access the NSA's intranet without the physical hardware encryption keys in the first place. Unless we plan on stealing a laptop, the password is worthless to us.<<"

...Though, after having the time to sort through the things Deborah was learning while putting pen to paper, Sunny did have a thought that seemed worth at least a modicum of consideration. He wrote his question, putting his trust and faith in Deborah's abilities and judgement.

">>Tim seems like a good person dealt a bad hand, doing his best to make the most of it... Can we trust him???<<"

In four days, he is scheduled to meet with the handler of Carr's observation team.

"I know it's real! And I accept your decision," replies Khemis. "But if there is a conspiracy to deprive Sunstormers of their civil rights, anyone's actual guilt or innocence will mean nothing to them!"

Khemis, who has been looking quite impressed at the speed and volume of Sunny's note taking, nods. "I was wondering that myself. At the least it might be worth trying to talk to him?"

Which would be in West Virginia?

Another question is, has he been able to change the outcome of any of his visions? That is, he saw things going one way, acted, and made things turn out differently?
