She stayed on Earth over the centuries, manipulating both sides in conflicts and twisting people into doing the darkest of deeds. She loves "sexual violence", among other things.

The Sons of Quetzalcoatl:
-This is a band of adventurers who's appeared in Mexico to fight the Vampire Kingdoms- all are named after Aztec Gods, but are largely unrelated to them. Corellion, the Kukulcan dragon who leads them, tried to oppose this line of thought, but realized that the natives needed a symbol to believe in, so now he goes by Quetzalcoatl. The group has killed thousands of Vampires and three Vampire Intelligences (no mean feat), but few realize just how organized they are.

-Nahualli is a True Atlantean who fancied himself a vampire hunter back in the day, but ran terrified when he first met a Vampire Intelligence. Guilt-ridden after his adventuring party was killed, he has become a true warrior against vamps, attempting to redeem himself through mass slaughter of the villains. He has absolutely tons of spells, but mediocre stats and combat otherwise, and a ridiculous 675 M.D.C. Force Field.

She's a moderately good fighter with solid M.D.C.- more of a starting Rifts character than a true monster at this point.

Vulnerable (Vampire to Vampire Mind Control)- A Vampire controlled by another Vampire's Mind Control attack will be controlled for a whole hour per level of their experience.
Vulnerable (Sunlight)- Vampires are fatally-vulnerable to sunlight.
Vulnerable (Water)- Vampires cannot cross moving bodies of water, and even tiny sprinkles or spray of it do tremendous damage.
Noticeable- Vampires have no reflection.
Power Loss (Regeneration)- Vampiric Regeneration will not work if staked through the heart. They will immediately begin healing if the stake is removed, however.
Responsibility (Arrogant)- Vampires are prone to thinking far too highly of themselves, owing to their nature as nigh-invulnerable ageless beings.
Enemy (Many)- Cyber-Knights, Reid's Rangers, Anti-Monsters and other Vampire Hunters are the worst enemies of Vampires. The Splugorth, Demons, Devils and others are rivals and enemies, too.

-Cihuateto has an interesting story- she was part of a simple band of vampire hunters who'd had some success, but were wiped out by an organized band of vamps. Their Master Vampire leader decided to torture her for years, transforming her into a vampire and forcing her to engage in "one atrocity after another" (thankfully Carella doesn't indicate what that was) to break her spirit. When a mysterious vampire hunter attacked everyone present, she fought alongside him, killing the Master. The hunter merely asked her to tell him her story, rather than kill her as well. Impressed and sympathetic, he gave her a ring that rendered her immune to vampiric mind control and told her to meet the Sons of Quetzalcoatl. She has proven herself to even vamp-hating Corellion and has even started working undercover in Mexico City, nobody realizing she's feeding information to the heroes! So some solid storytelling potential here.

-Cihuateto is a Secondary Vampire, and thus has all of their attributes, making her incredibly pricey.

Hurt and lost, he wandered the wildnerness until found and recruited by the Sons of Quetzalcoatl, who could use his tracking abilities. The natives in the area revere him as the dog-headed god Xolotl reborn, and he has come to be admired by his colleagues.

BABYLONIAN PANTHEON:
-The ancient Sumerians are one of the most ancient civilizations on Earth, and these were their gods- most famous to modern people is Gilgamesh, but there's a handful of others. Their pantheon is based around the Gods of Light overcoming the Gods of Darkness- a familiar theme in many religions. They're rivals of the Persian Gods, as Persia conquered their lands centuries ago, but get along with the Greeks. A curious thing with these Gods is that they are all IMMENSELY durable- every one is only a notch under Zeus in durability, hitting PL 20 defensively!

-Given how Kevin S is OBSESSED with Alien Intelligences, it stands to reason that some of the old dark gods are based around the idea. Anu is the original leader of the pantheon, and is an amorphous mass of tentacles, but failed to try to fight the monsters Tiamat & Apsu- he gave up his role to Marduk, who did. He carries some resentment, but acknowledges that some children may surpass their parents. He is very aloof and dispassionate, and comes off as odd to others.

-Anu is powerful and extremely durable- seven attacks and 70,000 M.D.C., plus he can summon Air Elementals.

Like Anu, he is VASTLY powerful, but is even more accurate in combat, having fewer attacks but better bonuses, making him PL 14-20.

By my reckoning, Palladium Supernatural Strength 60 still comes out around M&M STR 12-13, but for "strong enough for gods" purposes 15-16 would probably be more appropriate.

I actually like the potential of Marduk's gear. While M&M generally has a lesser focus on equipping stuff than D&D (and every D&D-esque RPG video game ever made) and that's one of the things I like about it, you could potentially base an entire character around a near-normal PC using any one of those "God-Gear" level Devices.

Checking out my stats, I have ST 60 set up like this:
PS 51-60: 1D6x10 MD (+14)

So I guess ST 14, maybe? We're pretty close.

It is kinda funny how only some Gods in this book have any appreciable gear. And the ones that do typically have only a couple lines for them... which of course I nearly miss and usually change the PL of the character entirely, lol.
